mm.. i think for crown of unclean .. even if the hero ultimate is multi hit ... it will ONLY put it on 1 target. that is one of the biggest difference between the epic vs legendary version is it will be placed once per target of ultimate.
This is true. However, the biggest gain from legendary version is not the aoe debuff (which is important as well), but the 50% defense down instead of the 25% that crown provides. The legendary artifact is a very big boost to your dmg and you should prioritize it in case you have to choose a legendary artifact
I'm sorry but you have Fang completely wrong, It's possibly the best choice for poison Hero Durango. I have a speed comp with him set up with Max Crit and Enlightenment, before the boss dies I have over 100 stacks of poison on the boss. Makes runs sub 40secs most times, and even faster other times. Yea i get it is not inside the normal uses but to put that one particular artifact so low is criminal. Look if you were to say this is what you have found best works for you based on heroes obtained then fine i would agree but you put "BEST EPIC ARTIFACT TIER LIST" as if you have all heroes and have tested every variable ever. And yes it is bias saying that Tiara is so good because of aldaphus, Even though you don't need it on him anyways because his shields are bonkers broken.

Literally every tier list is an opinion. Your opinion for fang being great and his for the other artifacts. It drives me nuts that people still make the same complaints on content creators for their tier lists. We watch these videos for their opinions. Keep up the good work NevaHHGaming

I think you missed out the horns artifact I rate it highly as its the only epic artifact that shorten your attack interval
Horseshoe and Goblet are very good for heroes like Felicity for instance. So not only dauntless :)
Oh for sure they are good for others, Felicity is a great mention, but they do scream Dauntless!
@@NevaDragonheir I also use the Horseshoe on Thalyn, and he fuel my Thelendor of Rally until the game has mercy and gives me Lorentheel

Yes you're right, but with it only being a 75% chance to place, multi-hitters have a higher chance of placing it on that 1 target
i dont see much use in boost of passive damge who really has any kinda of passive damage? i see maybe .5 atk but idk
