There is mistake of sender who packed eating dal, ata together with household items. It can be easily avoided

Pankaj joshi is a man who settle all damaged but he is not good parson always he arguing and say do what you want things will not change and nobody can do any things to us. But you not accepting any unacceptable amount and ask reasonable amount he give you than amount. I got after 7 month..

It all depends on Packing. You can do one thing just ask APML to insure your items. So that in case anything happens you will get you insured value atleast. In my case , I only received 1500 as compensation because I was not aware of this insurance. during time of booking. I spent around 1 week in mailing them and in follow up after that i receive this amount.

Very very bad service. Never Book them. I have picked up my stuff from Guwahati on the 1st. It is already 11 july Mine hasn't arrived yet to Bhubaneswar. They told me we will reach it in 7 days. I have always contacted them and they are always telling me it is reached in Bhubaneswar will deliver tomorrow . After that it's already 5 days over not received. Now I am going to file a case against them. I have been staying in a hotel since 2 July . A lot of money has been spent because of them staying in hotels. Today I am going to file a case. So personally request all of you don't Book Agarwal packers DRS ever. Very very bad service. They also pack the stuff one day and take the next day.And their executive told us to go and file a case against us.
