It is ILAYARAJA who introduced FIRST Stereo in the South (Priya 1978), FIRST Synthesizer in INDIA (Punnagai Mannan 1986), FIRST Computerized music in INDIA (Vikram 1987), FIRST Symphony Orchestra in INDIA (Guru - 1997 Malayalam), FIRST ASIAN to compose Oratario (Thiruvaasagam in Symphony - 2005). It is only the new SOUNDSCAPE that Arr introduced through Roja. Music has ZERO relation to technology! Today, even Artificial Intelligence can emulate most "composers" / Billboard artists. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get another / imitate Maestro ILAYARAJA even by AI.

Do the anchor and the guest know that directors like Fazil, Adoor Gopalakrishnan waited for ILAYARAJA for one year to compose for their movies? SPB, SJ, KJY, Mano, Chitra, Swarnalatha were turned into "stars" by IR by molding, grooming and nurturing their vocal talents via giving them SEVERAL songs in 101 genres. And, how does overseas, state-of-the-art studio help in music "composing"?! What is the point if the so-called output is average and remains a mere "trend"?! All those singer "introductions" of Arr and successors were just for social media promotion, and/or "hit" factor of the song. But still, it is SPB/Chitra whom he heavily relied on, until millennium. Sid Sriram is monotonous; NOT as versatile, dynamic, or prolific as a SPB or KJY.
