- Hi all! Just another addition to the ski. 2022 Sea Doo GTI SE 170 Cup and Fishing Rod Holder Install.
Left side cup & rod bracket
*Had to buy it off Ebay. Had a hard time finding the left support system.

I used the templates and they worked perfectly. The key is to ensure when you print them, that you click "actual size" on the scaling options. If you don't, it may be slightly resized to fit your paper selection and thus not align property.
It's good you guys have someone to ride with. Because years ago when I had a Sea-Doo. I got so bored I would jump waves to keep my interest.

Great video. Did the install myself following your video + the instructions. I did notice a little wiggle with the mounting bracket but we will see once the cup holder actually gets here if I want to adjust.

Hi , nice video,you can get marine grade adhesive tape that wont let go,and no drilling you can also use loctite,they have many options,I never like to drill if I dont have to.

Thank you Chris! Absolutely! Just make sure you get a snug fitting cup with a tight lid. I haven't lost it yet, but my 1st lid flew off the cup! haha

Yes, it is, I'm so sorry for the delay. It's the OEM SeaDoo brand. Love it! It was a great addition for sure, well worth it! ☺
Hi! Where did you get the metal box on the front of your trailer? Is it made specifically to fit this trailer or did you have to modify anything to mount it? I am looking for something like that for the SeaDoo Move trailer I use.
BTW, I mounted these brackets on my GTX 170. I found when I pulled off the molding that there were spots pre-molded right into it on the back side that showed exactly where to drill the holes. I assume they do this to make the install easier for the dealerships as they usually do this install. At any rate, it made the job super easy. I can't tell from your video if they have the same on your GTI. I will certainly find out as I will likely add this bracket to the 2023 GTI 170 I have on order. Can't wait!

Sorry for the delay! No, it doesn't at all. It's mounted a little bit back where you can still reach all the buttons. ☺
