Cool Whip Cookies!
Simple and delicious and so easy to make! Cakey but chewy sweetness! 😋
4 simple ingredients:
1) one box of cake mix (13oz)
2) one 8oz tub of cool whip, room temperature
3) 1 large egg
4) powder sugar... granulated sugar as well if you want to dip into that also for a better crinkle effect
...and you can elevate the flavors! I added lemon zest for a more lemony taste. And a few drops of food coloring for a more vibrant color.
Try with all sorts of cake mix flavors!

No, they are more chewy. Almost like a marshmellow cookie!
