She's gone from Coldwell already?! She should have just stayed with Tibbs. They worked well together. She needs to go back to Tibbs and get back in there and keep active. Inactive is one of the biggest downfalls for fighters.

So basically it just didn’t work one bit from day one. Word on the street is Tibbs had enough of her more so when Elle Brook came to that gym. No surprise they left at the same time or were asked to leave at the same time (whoever you want to believe 😉😂)

She got long Covid unfortunately, she had a child, not going to do boxing anymore. I think she is a bit better long Covid wise.

Great trainers improve (as above) + add extra strings to your bow.
Poor trainers will try to change your style because they don't know how to do what good trainers do.
