I've seen people say that this has helped then through tough times. I thought that was bullshit, but only because I've never experienced it. My parents argued though my childhood, and it's gotten worse. Now I'm actually understanding the miracles of music. I remember back then in 2018, I had to work from 6pm to 2am in Shinjuku, Tokyo and then walk about 30+min to home.
I always listen to shiloh and burbank lofi. That is an unforgetable experience. I have that flashback everytime I listen to those Lofi ( wind, rain, street light, and the silence). Thanks for sharing this and thank Shiloh for amazing melodies.

To be honest, my experience is the other way around. I was mostly restricted in my childhood and especially my teenagehood due to the constant work for my studies. I had sleepless nights to cope. I felt restricted and lonely because I was failing to live up to the expectations, responsibilities. I'm currently in my early 20s and I had never taken a such a deep, calm breath before.

And even now I still donât, but everyday is a progression to a new version but now that I have clarity on who I want that new version to be I feel free. And it was all because I changed my association and who I let speak into my life yk ?
