I believe enfeebling poison shot is worded "the arrow" so it will not apply to all targets affected by poison. Just the target the arrow struck but double check to confirm.

As far as i know, the effect of poisen is triggerd for all enemies that enter the poisen cloud of the arrow. So it doesnt matter if its on hit or if you shoot next to the target, as long as they are in touch with the poisen cloud.
After reading up on the forums it appears that only the target the arrow hits has weaken applied for 4 seconds. It is not applied by just the poison.

Im using jav/skewer/vault kick for spear but i just tried your bow build in opr and got a 20 bomb, im hitting like a truck, cheers man.

how are you refreshing so fast? the skill tree perk says "heavy attacks reduces abilities" but I see your other abilities coolding down faster each time you use one.
Aggressive Maneuvers perk on the right side of the spear skill tree!
So here is a quick explanation :
- Every crit reduces my cooldowns
- every time I dodge and then use an ability within 2 seconds after the dodge, I reduce my cooldowns
- if vault kick lands, I reduce cooldowns
- Coup de grace counts as a heavy hit, so the perk on the left side of the skill tree reduces my cooldowns.
- I have refreshing evasion on many pieces of armor, so my dodges further reduce my cooldowns and I am doing then anyways for my aggressive maneuvers perk!
All this together and you have yourself a monster build

its the only way I can currently set up my camera unfortunately, due to the cam comments, I'll just get rid of it entirely from now on and not show myself. Noted!
