Had a leaky valve repaired around the same time as Arnold Schwarzenegger had replacement nearly 30yrs ago at UAB in Birmingham Dr. Pacifico put a dacron patch on. I'm doing well

Was diagnosed last month i have heart murmure and had a heart attack all day long they put a nitro drip in me until i got the stent put into my heart . It needs to be operated on
Ask your cardiologist it's a case by case basis, I have the condition and I'm cleared for every sport just for me I get tired quickly then most people and I can't push myself as hard or shouldn't at least

My aortic valve is bicuspid, and my question is can i do Gym not for body building but for fitness? Please answer 🥹
