But they usually "mic" the same signal multiple times and run them into multiple processors. That way, you can control what you hear live without editing the original signal or any "digital processing" overhead.
I mean it's rap so most songs you don't have a use for over half the knobs. Some rap songs you do because the artist will use a band. But that shit is made for multiple tracks when you have 2 or 3 guitars, a bass, and drums. Then some bands will have keyboards, saxophone, trumpet etc. It's there just in case you are stacking all that into a song. Most rap your just putting together the rap and the beat. So it's not needed. But Dre does use instruments in songs. Depends on the song or the artist he is working with.

That beat was ASS....
Sounds like a banger can't wait to hear it🙏🏾🔥🎤
yo Nas flow handled it with no problem, yo it must be the true challenge of the art forum.
With Nas' lyrics you can't stay indifferent. I understand brother, when you appreciate, you transmit information in the best way...vibration!
This what we need right here two legendary talents from each coast putting in that work together💪🏾🔥💯✊🏾
They did it once before. It was called The Firm.
Dre hears something in the flow of the song and looks up, Dre is the man in that studio
Nas is the timeless 🐐 and that beat is 🔥.
uhh? what makes it fire? I've heard better beats on auto insurance commercials
@@Mista808 I suppose you prefer Lil Yatti.😂😂😂😂

Shit aint likely to come out tho

Dr Dre did a whole album with nas. The firm
This did happen, just wasn't broadcast like now.

Incredible music Nas and Dr Dre.
I love engineering with a passion. Is so therapeutic sitting in that seat pushing them faders. I’m an artist who went to school to master engineering and it was so worth it.
As an engineer I know Dre was annoyed by bruh being loud while he tryna focus 😂
That part bruh. You tryna get perfect mix and fuckn up my vibe. I’ll be like yo excuse yourself. But… it’s Dre he probably use to it.
Same here it's hot but he was doing 1.5x too much
I was thinking the same lol. He got on my nerves just watching!
that's hilarious😂
Ok I thought it was just me. Dre is definitely in the zone & you can tell the extra noise is a distraction.
Dre put the finishing touch on it and that’s it.
It’s a HIT PURE FIRE 🔥
Broooo the amount of knobs on the mixing board is just relentless
This is a grown up environment, i luv it. Not a bunch of wanna be thugs hanging around a smoke filled studio with a bunch of groupies. Respect the G.O.A.T.S! I can let this short loop forever 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Those environments made some of the rawest and realest pure albums in hip hop history.
Dont get it twisted, they have sessions like that too. Especially Nas out of the two
Especially the clown in a white hat
An state that thing in background drinking from two cups of
You dumb as hell if you don't think Nas and Dre never had smoke and groupies in their studio sessions before
Nas is live. He damn near keeping hip hop alive cause the shit in life support. I need him to stay in the lab and keep pumping out that work.
Harry Mac was keeping rap alive, then Nas comes back oi oi oi
Nas is eating Dr Dre beats 😅
He eating his beats pill alright
Nas is a legend he is up there with 2pac big respect to you all hopefully it’s a great new album from Dre and nas 2 legends in one studio and on fire

Dre listened as a PRODUCER. Nas you got 1
Listening to music in the studio hits different 💪🏽
ITS fucking awesome. I Loved it so much
With Dr. Dre as the producer, we can hear NAS at maximum potential.
Yes! Get rid of HitBoy and get the likes of Dre but also some East Coast vibes wanted so I'd love to hear Nas with DJ Premier, Alchemist and Daringer.
That mixing console is a BEAST!
how do u even need half of those knobs??
No way they use all those I don't care how many beats you make half that s*** is for show and they don't even know what to do with half of it😂
you do use em
@@brianhubbard2940 To be fair, Right now, Yes. half that shit is for show since the main volume on about half is down. lol.
Nas, the first New York rapper to collaborate with legendary West Coast Hip Hop/Rap producer Dr. Dre.
Everyone celebrating and Dre bopping his head to the beat until he turn around and say " Nas I don't like how you sound when you say this line you gotta say it like this so let's get in and do it over... Hell Yeah."
what?
Yo sick af and delusional, you need therapy ASAP 😂😂
