    If you lower neckline, and assuming your waist length was measured from your nape, won't you likely need to lower your waist position?

    My back neckline and my front neckline need to be lowered by different amounts (2.5 cm and 3.5 cm respectfully), so the shoulder seams wouldn’t match using this method. Also the neck points aren’t a problem - it’s across the middle of my neck it’s too high (both back and front), so do I just do a gradual alteration to the neckline, finishing back at the existing FNP and BNP and keep the shoulders as they are?
