@@exePingu He had a blatant low blow on Pickett that the ref didn't see that directly led to a takedown and then the finish. Pickett was justified in talking about it afterward but Nickal was pretty dismissive about it, just kept saying "weird move bro" and denying that there even was a low blow.
He never lost his wrestling fans to begin with.

Great win by Bo. He showed that people needs to respect his hands too and not only thinking about his wrestling. Woodburn came in on short notice for his debut. He looked pretty good and to be a explosive athlete with punchingpower. But not keaping his hands up was to his detriment in this fight for sure.

I wasn't convinced with Nickel in his first couple of fights but I think ufc fans are about to witness the emergence of "Big Bad Bo" because he's just shown everyone how accurate and fast his punching is.. now I'm sold.. his faints to throw that right hook lead is perfection personified.. not since McGregor have we seen this innovative technique... and movement.. 👏 👏 👏

@@WallStBully it’s ok. I say this bc his parents raised him right and children with a great family environment tend to replicate those good habits once they become fathers. Plus he’s humble, stoic, well spoken, and a tremendous athlete. Having such high discipline reflects one’s personal maturity. Therefore, I see him being an excellent leader for his family.

Occasionally you flip through the channels and come across college wrestling and get hooked for an hour or two. That's how I came to know of Bo Nickal. Any athlete knows the wrestlers are the real badasses you don't want to tangle with but it's still surprising to see a guy like Bo appear in the UFC. Not surprising to see him win but to see him doing it throwing punches makes you really take notice.
