Health factor may be - expecting and just found the result; It would be difficult for her to join another team but her choice. I am sure - base on world ranking and time she ran; second place finish will be certain for national trials - age 20 years Olympic 100M finalist and 4x100M Gold medalist!!!!!!!!! She is not interested in that - her vacation is already planned which coincide with Olympic races; so she choose not to participate in trials. Her argument did not say she will not come to the trial - Let us peep through the fence with one eye. She rank 30th in the world placed 2 on June 8, 2024

It's kind of weird. The Olympics is the pinnacle of track and field, only injury would allow an ambitious athlete to withdraw from qualifying, but if she not injured then something is suspicious. It's like a footballer pulling out of a squad weeks before the world cup without explanation.

She’s shutting down her season because she has been injured throughout the SEC and NCAA championship. She is extremely young and there’s no need to over extend herself and cost her body more. Her injuries are not minor, and this is a good move by her- She doesn’t need to worsen her condition. She hasn’t even been running the 200m like that which is her pet event and I think that says a lot

She has done a total of thirty-seven races this season across the 60m, 100m, 200m, 4*100m and 4*400m. Her body was taped up all season and most people are not looking on that as a precautionary measure. She has the potential to make at least three more Olympic teams between the age of twenty-four to thirty-two. Also, she had to adjust to speaking with her predominantly American teammates which has led to her accent being altered. Please, get to know accurate information before trying to paint a particular narrative for people to subscribe.

No one without a minimal level of intelligence/IQ can adequately learn or master another language different from their own native language within a few months. I've witnessed this first hand with persons who go to other countries to work or live who didn't have a good formal education and it took them forever to learn a new language. THE TRUTH! - Unless Brianna is absolutely injured (not a niggle or tired) there is no way any athlete would miss the Olympics. The Olympic Games is not just a a track & field meet, it is an unparalleled experience for which there is no guarantee of multiple opportunities. Making just one Olympic team provides you with a lifelong salutation and resume of being referred to as an Olympian. For track & field athletes in particular, making an Olympic team is an obsession for which a minor injury or being tired would not be an obstacle. With all of that said, I am inclined to support the change of allegiance theory.
