Yes. Chhavi was 1996 birth year, she was 19 when she crowned and 20 competed in Miss USA five years ago.

I was introduced to the Indian girl and she did not shake my hand nor say hello. That is screwed up! Besides having a bad personality, she doesn't even look pretty. She had lots of bumps on her face.

1. Her name is Chavi, not "the Indian girl".
2. I've never seen her up close so I don't know
how she looks up close but I can tell you that
being confidently beautiful is about beauty
within. Not just beauty on the outside.
3. Chavi probably didn't say hi to you or shake
your hand because she had a lot of people to
greet and she was anxious (in both definitions
of the word). Try to put yourself in her shoes.

I was personally introduced to her by the owner of the club. There were no one else but me. Not shocking for Indians from India to have no people skills. I have seen it all the time working with them in the IT field. This one def have an attitude as they tend to be arrogant people.
