I've had success with two LA adjudicated properties. Exploring the possibilities in TX. Thx for sharing your knowledge!
I just watched your video and then I watch Ted's video Ted Thomas. You're saying in your video the tax deed wipes out any mortgages but he's saying the opposite that you still have to be concerned about the prior mortgage that could still be on it. Can you point to any kind of data or site or law that would settle that point?
On a different note I live between Dallas and Austin and Waco and have access to allow these smaller counties. Would you be interested in some type of partnership since I already live in Texas
Yeah you need to research the property and notifications to make sure it gets wiped out. It can still stick around, but if the tax sale has done the work properly, the mortgage will get wiped.
@@DustinHahnREIwhen you say the tax sale is done right. Do you mean when we sell it or when it’s sold to us at auction?
I've watched a few your videos and found the list from an attorney group that represents Texas. Unbelievably for next week's Tax Lien sales at almost all counties I see red red red everywhere everything is struck off. How could that be? It seems like the only counties that may have something available would be Houston and Dallas area. Do you find that odd have you check this out for people that are watching you for the first time and then looking at the list?
Did you mean tax lien or tax deed? It's a numbers thing. go to more sales!
What is the website to find Texas tax deeds? I searched Google and random sites come up.
Hi Dustin, I live in Houston and am going to start checking out the Tax Deed auctions. Do you go to these every month?
Which county you invest yourself
What about the dfw area I just need a place to stay ? And can it be financed

can you buy a tax deed as a foreigner?
Yes, foreigners can buy tax deeds in the U.S. Just make sure to check specific state regulations.
if i buy a property in texas for back taxes, how long should i wait to build....would it be 2 years since that's the redemption period?
Great question! In Texas, after a property is sold at a tax deed sale, the original owner has a redemption period to buy back the property before you can obtain a clear title. So, if you're planning to build on the property, it's wise to wait until this redemption period is over.
@@DustinHahnREIhis question was how long is the redemption period. Which is 6 months or 180 days right?
@@HandMadeWrath If it's a homestead it's 2 years, if it's non-homestead 6 months / 180 days
