Today's video is really cool since I talk about a person that has a lot of subscribers which means I will get a lot of subscribers. Clownpierce is known from his time on the Rizen SMP, Lifesteal SMP, and for dominating various civilization events. He's a fantastic in sword pvp and crystal pvp, and I hope you all can learn something new from this video :)

the things with cpvp you should have probably explained pearl anti knockback,dtaps ,butterflies,rainbows and retoteming.btw most good players don t like anchor spammer as you can dodge crystals with good level but you can t really dodge an anchor and they don t like slow falling as it makes everything too easy so if you don t want to have the most toxic ppl that play this game treat you of a dog shit player then don t do those I also recommend not running from fights or switching who you fight in ffa
but you can't crit so some people jump reset to get a crit off

I always go by:
The best (or at least most entertaining) way to defeat an enemy is to convince them they've already lost.
Also for the nametag predicting, when you are on servers with less skilled players like mineplex, there will be name tags like darkeningchair450 which are auto generated. Usually when the skin looks like it’s both using fire and ice or just blue and red on both hands, they’re prob younger and less skilled.

8:25 you dont actually need to let go, if you do a knocback hit (you can see it in the subtitles if you turn them on) by holding w you can go full speed and still crit when chasing or just to force your opponent to 180
Yeah to be honest u miss some hits but using the other method letting go u 95% land a crit but doing the other method holding it down u hit about 60% of crits

Yeah, i didnt get that part of the video. I always crit them and never have to let go or anything.
Its probably from fighting on bedrock edition, but i kinda forgot how that worked. I did learn 1.8.9 pvp too but that is slightly different.
Its really just the timing knowing when to hit them when you are falling down from your jump, and the tracking skills to follow them to be able to hit them at the time.

The thing ill say about quake pro is that when you have fov effects off its very understandable and also enemies move accross your screen slower so its much easier to aim/track.

Another thing i wanted to point out. In Cpvp pearl abusing is lethal in some cases because due to minecrafts logic after the pearl lands you will get kb resistance for 0.5 sec lol
If you are using shield in SMP (I actually reccomend it) my srat is when they switch to their axe to disable, you lower your shield, so all they're really doing is spamming you with an axe, and as soon as they switch back to their sword you bring the shield up.
Do a video on Doly, he is one of the best pvpers
Doly is less known so I don’t think he’s going to get as many views, not to mention that he mains axe where he just perfects the basic techniques like crit spamming, aiming, backstabbing, and pcriting so even if he made a vid there won’t be much to make a vid on

Damn bro this is perfect timing, im tryna learn how to crystal pvp currently since its so threatening to enemies and hard to learn, so you get an advantage by already knowing it. Also since its so fast paced it makes it hard for people to keep up.
Getting the resources for all the gear is also not an issue for me, for some reason Im insanely good at speedrunning progression (I used to do speedruns, that can help, but theres more to it like Netherite)
I always beat everyone on the server to netherite. My strat is always to find a village, and on the way to it kill every fucking cow i see, get every sugarcane, and shear+kill any sheep. After I reach the village I setup a sugarcane farm and sheep farm. Then i start work on villagers. I use the wool from sheeps to fill hundreds of double chests of beds (no joke, one time I had 20 double chests of beds) and then get all that going. For diamonds I look for buried treasures on chunkbase if i have the seed, otherwise in newer updates the strat is to go in the water filled caves.
Then i go and bed mine for hours using all of those beds. Im also really fast at building the farms and can afk them for a while. I should probably get another minecraft account as an alt to afk

@yellowbed a small tip when you crystal pvp with ancors you can just do 1 glowstone and then right click with sword

3 Other tips for Crystal PvP:
Don't let people place respawn anchors above you.
Don't use slow fall all the time. (for a little better players)
The more fps, the more crystals you can explode each second.
On PvP Hub you can explode crystals faster then on PvP legacy.
On PvP Hub the Crystal PvPers are better.

i struggle a lot though against people who use shields in nethpot but more often than nought i end up dropping them and kill them (cuz they had shield on instead of totem)
I have beaten clown in a best of 5 1v1. My number one strategy is to limit his movement. Get him to a place where he cannot move as well. Or put him in cobwebs. Utilities are very useful aswell. He get overwhelmed by them.

Great vid I agree with everything except 1 thing (so not everything lmao) u said that shields aren’t good when u have full netherite but watch some tutorials from only_a_squid he beat clownpierce without any problem mainly because of the shield he uses the shield everytime he’s in the air and when he comes down he crits you. A really good strategy that even can make clown go down

It's actually really funny how you often just know how your opponent is gonna be simply based on thier name and skin. I'd even say you can sometimes tell what version they main, if they are cheating or not and even the gamemode they main in some cases.
Also the client they use and thier cosmetics are often a dead giveaway.
For my name, IliadJames, and my skin, a magenta/black checker pattern, what do you make of me? (you can look me up on namemc if you want)
@@Iliadic At forst glance I'd probably estimate that you are not a tryhard, at least not in 1.8. Skins like yours are pretty rare actually now among pvp players, from what I've seen, so I would probably either assume you aren't really involved in the community, or just not assume anything at all because it's pretty rare...

pretty good video just let people know that he isnt the best pvper so they can look at other people like lurrn and also shields are good in netherite if you know how to use them, you need to time your axe hits precisely if enemy is good at timing shield to disable it, just look at smp kit
if you are sprinting and then knockback hit them whilst running and dont let go of W, then you can crit even whilst running just dont let go of W or u have to do it again

just thought i should say this but you actually can crit while sprinting if u just hold the sprint key down, it's only the first hit which does more knockback and clown literally does sprint critting in one of the clips u play while explaining you cant

Shields are useful if you know how to use them. With unpredictable shielding
I'm not the best player but imo shields are really useful (if you know how to use them) you can just deny your opponents crits and then get a health advantage.

I'm new to pvp so I am wondering what are some good keybinds?
best keybinds are whatever is comfortable for you. don’t listen to others keybinds, because usually that’s optimized for themselves. do what is most comfortable for you. for example, if you have small hands move 5-9 somewhere closer so you can hotkey to the last slots effectively

Not everyone is familiar with thier keybinds so that time u can use your shields perfectly as they wont be able to switch to axe directly
thanks yellowbed, i am now clownpierce. i became clownpierce by replacing our dna and hearts. my voice changed too. i can now beat dream and any other player. i can now survive with 10 hearts in a 50v1.
I've noticed alot of these things but its kind of hard to do the 1v4s because its hard to chase
