    When we say, for example: a Rt 4th gives Rt HrTropia...
    is the damage to the Rt IV CN Nucleus or its short fascicle, which knocks out the Left SOM,
    or are we referring to the Rt trochlear nerve that already crossed from its Left CN IV nucleus of origin?
    I imagine we are referring to the Rt nerve that is no longer innervating the Rt SOM and/or the Left IVth nucleus itself.
