Cause you dont level q until 6 on pheonix max.
@@Kingdom_Kongthere is no rule, i m otp udyr top, you don’t have to follow rules when you play udyr, max whatever you need, you are not forced to have a spell lvl 6 you can split in you e and your w later on. Usually you start w except if the opponent has a very bad lvl 1 like ksante. Your q is to give you attack speed and a lot of AD damage to surprise your opponent who went full magic resist, and it’s easier to push tower down with 3 points in Q
@@neriss1595 Yeah...I know there are no rules to any champion, but putting a point in q 1-4, if you're going R max, AP/Tank, is pointless.
