Koil has been looking at it and said he wants to give him more access to things and setup a new system for DOC. So hopefully Koil makes the changes instead of council
It's not that shocking. Mr K even said like yesterday when carmine was talking about having a PD gun, "there are no rules until the 'state' decides there is and takes it all away".
I hate the PD RP right now. They don’t want to deal with prison so they gave it to carmine, bobby and Mr K and those 3 made the prison RP good. now that it is good they want to be a part of it so they get nakoda or whatever his name is to get the council to change laws so they can power flex in there. But when it’s RP when PD is the victim they just change the laws so they can throw the 9s at crims or for example their cars can’t be stolen and turbos removed anymore.
DOC is the new Rangers for the PD

They aren't racers they dont do car stuff but can mod their cars seems like they are the only ones playing GTA meanwhile everyone else if working flipping burgers or doing group6

short answer: yes. PD cant RP properly so they bruteforce themselves in other peoples scenes. Wont talk for all officers but lately every scene has been like this. Proper garbage.
