Germany will also become like Canada in the future if the govt doesn't put any cap on international students. As a student myself, I think the universities should mandate the language requirement (atleast B1). By that the culture of the country will also be preserved. Language is only the barrier which is saving Germany to turn into Canada.

@@Dtist846 Yes and firstly they are still very culturally homogeneous, they view it as an attack on their culture. Also when it will reach that point you will find them rioting on the streets, they are not as laid back as the Canadians are.

@@aalhadbapat198 actually two countries are different systems.... In Canada you get pgwp which is like an unconditional open work permit... While in Germany after graduation you get an 18 month job seekers visa which you use for for looking for full time job in which you can also work part time... After you get full time job in Germany you apply for real work permit (you can also apply for blue card if you have certain salary requirements).. and you after that you work on work permit in Germany and can keep extending it if work permit expires

I don't know why but soon in future germany gonna be like canada for sure because immigrantion laws in germany is trash now , getting visa is easier. They should implement merit based system and apply some restriction on part time jobs. We don't want mini india in Germany like what happening in canada , multiculturalism is key.
