I finally upgraded from an iPhone 6s to an iPhone 13 mini (I prefer smaller size phones) and Iâm very happy with it so far. My battery was absolutely dead with the 6s and Iâd have to constantly have it in low-power mode and charging wherever I went so I could use it all day. So nice to not have to constantly worry about that now. I was at work 8+ hours the other day with no charger and it lasted all day no problem.
I feel like I wrote this comment because absolutely same-- word for word! I took my 6s to a semester abroad in Korea and when I tell you it was a nightmare operating it there. Changed to a 13 mini as soon as i returned to the US.

Iâve had a 13 Pro Max for about 9 months now. I use it fairly heavily for projects (average 9-10 hours of screen time per day). Battery health is like 97. Still comfortably get a whole day and then some, with video and camera usage. Itâs super impressive and hugely better than my prior 7 and XR.
I'm also using the 13 Max and I also bought the Magsafe Battery đ I'm ending LONG days of use with 40-60% battery left lmao

My 12 pro max lasts about 6-7 hours with heavy use and I feel like thatâs a lot. Nearly 10 hours for the 13 pro max is insane. Not enough for me to upgrade but a great one for people with the 11 or X

If ever you have to upgrade to iPhone 13 Pro Max, get the 265gb and above, since it have the max ProRes capability in video recording (4K at 30fps). If you'll just go for 128gb for the iPhone 13 Pro Max, I don't think the upgrade would be 100% worth it, you better stick with your 11 or just get the base model 13. I personally think that iPhone 13 Pro Max is an overkill as it is a massive and powerful techno beast. In terms of value: $899 256GB iPhone 13 > $1,099 256GB iPhone 13 Pro > $1,099 128 GB iPhone 13 Pro Max.
Anyway, iPhones have a much better resale value in the second hand market compared to android phones. So even if your iPhone 11 is still good for the next 3 years or so, now is the time where you can still trade-in or sell your phone for a great price (if your battery health is 80%+).
Donât upgrade until 4 generations, the 12 pro i upgrades from the 6 so I think itâs best to save your money unless you are rich

The 13 Pro Max beats the entire 12 line-up by a huge margin even with 120Hz enabled. Well played Apple, well played.
I imagine you will get much better times because it's a variable refresh rate and when your just looking at a picture or scrolling through comments the refresh rate lowers down to 10hz and since most of the tests were done using a game or videos then it would essentially be pushing the refresh rate to 120hz or 60hz

I recently upgraded from the iPhone 7 to the 13 Pro Max and Iâve been super impressed with the battery life of the 13 Pro Max. Iâve been able to use this phone (moderate usage) without charging this phone for over a day and a half, which is a HUGEEE upgrade compared to the 7 which would go from 100% to 5% in less than an hour đ Overall, pretty impressed :)
I just upgraded from a IPhone 6 Plus so broken it had no home button, you could barely do anything on it. Itâs battery lasted probably 2 hours on low brightness. I upgraded to a iPhone 13 (didnât want big phone) and itâs amazing

Nah it's still a good lasting phone as long as you're not a power user. It will give you 6 hours of SoT as long as the efficiency cores are the most hammered cores.

Well accordingly to my calculations if your screen is alot lower, your phone can last 30-40 mins more. If your phone lasts not long, I recommend this tip, it really helps me.

I switched from the iPhone XR to the regular 13 and Iâm blown away with how good the battery is and how good the cameras are and how good the screen looks

Well that's kind've to be expected. Comparing it to the Moto G6 Plus, that also came out in 2018, the Moto had a better battery capacity and better battery life. It also had a better display, iPhones have really only gotten seriously good with the release of the iPhone 13, because the battery life for iPhones before it is getting dwarfed by Android phones even in the ÂŁ100-ÂŁ200 price bracket. I got myself a Moto G100 and the performance is amazing, not as good as iPhones, but I'm glad that you're happy with your purchase, since I think Apple have really tried to push out great phones this time around.
@@chrisbarosky7314 I tried android but it wasnât user friendly. Apps would crash if I tried to swipe back and forth between them. Sure the camera was great but it was impractical to impossible to send the pictures I took on android as the file was so large and always sent as grainy. Among other things, iPhone is simpler to use and relatively dependable

I got the iphone 13 as my first iphone and i love it! its so weird bc my old samsung could last me the whole day and now its a little weird to not have that battery life but i still love it!

I have an Iphone SE 2020 and I LOVE it! The battery life is perfect for me because I am mainly a laptop user so I'm sticking with it. It also has a great camera.

I'm a Sony Xperia kind of person, I love anything to with Sony or from Sony, its just that King Japanese Engineering that sells me, hell my phone last year was only a year old, I stupidly broke it, and decided to try a downgrade, my current phone battery lasts around 5 and half hours this phone was made in 2016 and wasn't even the best model at the time. But alas, these iPhone 13s I'm actually tempted to get, and to be honest I probably will.
