Omg, Kellie just discribed me! I've never had self love, and now I know why. My siblings use to tease me so badly, and my mother told me I'd never amount to much because I'd quit everything I started. I can't believe how much you just described my life of nearly 67 yrs.
That's wonderful you had that awareness. Don't believe the old lies - start to love yourself and talk positively to yourself from now on. You got this!

I think that often the soul that inflicted the trauma on another person is not aware of their actions. For example, a drunk person inflicts suffering. But, they are suffering and not aware of the pain they are causing others. They don't know how to deal with their internal demons. Hence, we need to forgive them. I believe that we are all just doing the best we can, with what we got...
They know, but are buried into only thinking of their own feelings and no one else or the long term damage.
I always heard God is not testing me. God's is promoting me! I love this concept.

My mother and sister were very abusive to me. I still deal today with it.

So, James. U and I have a share a friend who is on the other side. Her name is Cynthia Richmond. Cynthia is a beautiful soul who interprets dreams. When u and Kellee spoke about self-love, she popped into my memory. Ive seen her come out of a relationship that was unkind and she was scared while living in NY. Talk about self love. She showed self pure love by moving from that relationship into a safe and whole new direction. I remember how in awe I was to she her strength.

how can I redeem the damage I’ve already done to others (intentionally and unintentionally) ? :(
I have tried to forgive my mother for several years now, but I can't right now. I know that me & my siblings chose our narcissistic abusive mother for this life to learn lessons. Now we have broken up with her because of her actions, but I want to find peace inside.
One part of me feel bad for her being lonely, she has no friends, only her dogs. But i feel really bad when being in her presence, the thought alone makes me nauseous, gives me headache and stomach pains. I dont want her in my life, but I want to forgive her. Am i failing if I dont forgive her? She's 74 years old, and I wish I dont have to meet her again. What are your advice? I really hope you answer this James 🙏🏼🌹
When you forgive someone, it is to give yourself peace - not the other person. It's also not about forgetting what happened, but looking at the past with different lenses. Start there and see how you feel. Maybe you can start to feel grateful for the lessons she taught you in this life time. Peace&Love, James

we are not all made by love. having a child from rape is not made by love. having parents that does not love each other. you are not made with love.
We may not all come from loving parents, but our souls ALL come from love. It's the essence of who we are as human beings, and that's what we have to remember. We come to this earth to learn to remember who we are as loving souls.
Min 15:50 is where they speak a little about coming from love but having others who aren’t so loving
I can only imagine how BIG your path must be ~ to be born into a very unpleasant experience ~ dealing with all the woah’s that come with that. Then come to the day where enough is enough. Wanting more of what Life is waiting to give you.
Coming to the place where you know your worthiness. Your gifts and talents. And the hard choice to be the change you want to be.
Allow Love to overtake you. To witness the Love and support that is there for you. And allllllllllll the ppl you will one day help that are in the same place you once were.
Knowing that it all started when you forgave the past. Let it go. Snipped the cords that tied you emotionally to the weight of that world. And decided for now on, I will only be kind to myself. Having grace for the hurt I experienced ~ and excited for all that is to come!
Life sure can be tricky. But what I have witnessed in life is those who got a raw deal handed to them, they were the ones who had GREAT PURPOSE! Able to reach areas that the normal person would never have access to. AND when stressful times come (as they always will) YOU won’t get blown over , bc you had gone through much much worse.
So what may seem super stressful to one, your able to glide right through 😎

Souls volunteer be course they do not know how what they have said yes to is going to feel like. That is why we are being send back to an earth life. We are not being healed in between lifes.
