These past few days, I have had a few ideas of covers you could do.
- Beautiful things by Benson Boone (the two of you or with Dover quartet if they can, a bit like in driver’s license or clarity)
- Lose Control by Teddy Swims (I was imagining that you could like add some percussions or play some recorded sounds like in Unholy or Girls like you).
I am a fan of your work for years now. I have so many memories listening to your songs. Riding bike in the woods with my family on a sunny day, while listening to your cover of Castle on the Hill. Listening to the Canon in D on repeat for hours. Lying in bed, feeling sad listening to you and the Dover quartet rocking driver’s license. In the good and bad times, you were there.
Being the cause of so many of my smiles and tears throughout the years, I will never be grateful enough for what you do. From the bottom of my heart, Thank You Brooklyn Duo. Continue to create this magic, to experiment and give so much hope and strength to people.
