Casey, for the soaker hoses, you need to have the down in the soil a couple inches or mulch with a fine mulch. It has to have something touching it in order for it to "pull" the water out of it...
Nice little tease with the raised beds there!! Looking forward to a raised bed tour soon, they don't have to be lush and full yet we know it's early just itchin' to see what you've got goin' on !!! Cool homemade row maker by your dad!
How do you guys not have a million black flies?! We have them in DROVES up here in NWO. Lol As for the irrigation, we really like the 1/4 inch drip tubing with emitters every 6 inches. It’s nice and flexible, provides good coverage, no spraying. I know you like to plant in designs, so I think this would be the easiest solution. You can plant up your seeds/seedlings, then weave the tubing on top with landscape staples.
So happy to see your dad.
I watch Garden Answer and they really like drip tape. It soaks the ground and does not shoot up. Your pumpkin patch is going to be fabulous again! 🥰
thank you for sharing that!!
Can’t wait to see the pumpkin harvest in fall 🌞

We are filming that tomorrow! They’re small, but they’re the right size to be able to see how we planted them in the spacing👍
Thanks for sharing your beautiful family 🥰🌻👍
I could see the rabbit area, it looks really nice. In fact, the whole garden looks great😀

Would love to see a June tour of all you have growing.
