BALUJI SHRIVATSAV OBE is a classical Indian musician and a versatile multi- instrumentalist based in London. He has built up an amazing reputation as a virtuoso performer, recording and composing in many genres including Opera. He has his own Jazz ensemble called ‘Jazz Orient/Re-Orient’ and has several albums to his credit.
Baluji has done incredible work in raising the positive impressions of blind and partially sighted people in the society. In 2008 along with his writer and musician wife, Linda Shanason he established the ‘Baluji Music Foundation’ which supports active participation of blind musicians in music. He is also the music director of the INNER VISION ORCHESTRA which aims to promote positive role models for blind people in our society.
