Also is a fact that we as emotional changing humans should not make drastic or dramatic changes in our lives when we are in that kind of turmoil.....but at the end of the day IT IS YOUR LIFE !.....I hope it leads you to happiness and inner peace.

At this point im just too fed up with it and i think about my flaws 80% of my day which is crazy and it sucks im trapped and just dont see a way out. It's not dysmorphia! He has to fix all the flaws! Did you see the nose, it looks horrible. If you see all the transformation videos he's done you should know he wants a PERFECT face, not a face full of imperfections and with so many things thst needs to be fixed. If it was your face you'd want to fix yourself too.
This breaks my heart. Only because I have dysmorphia and I know what it’s like to feel so uncomfortable in your skin. I know if presented the same opportunity to change it all in a day I probably would, too. I hope this brings you peace and you recover smoothly. I think it’s horrible that we’re enabling someone with clear body dysmorphic disorder. The first botched surgery was a warning. Why do ppl that are so lost and confused and struggling have a platform to influence our youth negatively?

Jesus Christ, I hope this works out. I can't imagine any CREDIBLE plastic surgeon agreeing to something like this, and for the reasons Alexis wants it done. Huge red flag for me was his surgeon asking not to be identified because he doesn't want what Alexis has done to be seen as an example of his work. Uh, doesn't that say something?????? Why is this doctor DOING the surgeries then????? It reeks of poor ethics to me. Which brings me back, full circle, to "no CREDIBLE plastic surgeon" etc etc, the Hippocratic Oath.....

Mona Lisa was not made on paper, for him his face is not good enough for his paintings so he switches it. I hope that after these surgeries you are able to find the peace you need. It's such a major change and nothing to scoff at. Being in the public eye and having everyone criticize everything you do and what you look like can be really damaging, even more so when you're already unhappy with that you see in the mirror. It's really bizarre and unrealistic to want constant attention online but at the same time expect only praise. The minute you make yourself public you have to accept that not everyone is going to worship you. He might be doing it for his narcissism and his ego, but if people see flaws, a busted nose, wonky fillers, weight issues etc. Etc they're going to comment! That's just a fact of life. Noone can go online thinking everyone OWES them compliments and adoration. Give me a break! If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen.

As someone who's experienced anxiety (often triggered by severe self esteem issues and body dysmorphia), therapy is really the only think that helps change those negative thoughts. Not changing the way you look. I hope you find happiness but I have a feeling this won't be it

They would have photoshopped his face to show what he’d look like after (usually). There is a chance he still won’t be happy but at the end of the day it’s his journey.
surgeons are so evolved these days. they give 4D before and after of what you will look like (the after is close to 100% accurate). plus, if anything goes wrong, it could always be fixed
nefertari white that might be the aesthetic lil kim goes for. i can’t find the year it was introduced (its called vectra 3d imaging, not 4d so that was my mistake) so i’m not sure if it was available when she had some of her surgeries done. she’s always been known to stand out and be over the top. however, since they are just a prediction of what the outcome will be, there is always a slight chance of the surgeon making an error or the procedure not healing the correct way
The older I get the more I’m starting to accept who I am, even if I’m not really sure who that is, and I’m realising I need to do what makes me happy, not others. But just make sure you think this will truly make you happy. For me, I’ve been both super skinny and very big and have been just as unhappy at both weights. My mental health issues have been just as bad as both weights. You have the rest of your life to change your appearance, just at least take on board your loved ones opinions. The only reason they are saying what they are is because they love you. I have also partially changed my appearance with cosmetic surgery, thinking it would finally make me feel better when I look in the mirror. It technically fixed a particular insecurity, but the underlying problem is my mental health. Which I now know nothing that changes on the outside can help. I truly hope you find peace with yourself. When I look at you I see an intelligent, talented young man and the world is your oyster 💖

I think the nose looks beautiful, i always admire your work and i never taught of you as other than handsome. It is very difficult when you have dismorphia and surgery can change or not that dismorphia. I did a liposuction construction because i had such a tiny waist and such a large big bump that didn’t match, i didnt felt confident in my body. Hope this surgery helps to get that weight over your shoulders❤️

What I got from this video basically is that you want to look more feminine but as many have said I hope doing this dramatic change really does make you happy.
I hope all has gone well. as a nurse working with plastic surgeons, I hope you do not experience unforeseeable side effects, set backs with your recovery, etc. this is major surgery with mayor risks and potential complications. you may not be 100% happy with your results. please don't be discouraged. your recovery will take a full year. time will tell. please please give it the time it heal. I would advise against any further plastic surgery to your face for 5-10 years. love yourself. you are a beautiful creative person. here's to this next chapter in your life.

Ok but no one is forcing you to put yourself out on the internet. You always complain about your face being "public property" and are sick of people making comments on your appearance so you do something drastic to give people to really talk about. You'd have to be somewhat comfortable with yourself after having an online presence for many years, facing the world as Elliot. I know (for me at least) when you have insecurities are are so personal to you and so deep, no outside factors can change how you feel about it. I feel so sorry for Elliot and his family, they must be living in a nightmare. You are so talented Elliott and beautiful in and out, please get help. Your personal choices are your own but remember, in a bid to resemble closer to your idols you could butcher your face and furthermore your mental ego. By doing this perhaps you will not reach this idolised image you have in your mind about how you will appear like after surgery... if you meet your expectations then great, however if you don’t, the impact may be far more damaging to your ego and self... much more so than it is in the present moment. If you see all the transformation videos he's done you should know he wants a PERFECT face, not a face full of imperfections and with so many things thst needs to be fixed. Jesus Christ, I hope this works out. I can't imagine any CREDIBLE plastic surgeon agreeing to something like this, and for the reasons Alexis wants it done. Huge red flag for me was his surgeon asking not to be identified because he doesn't want what Alexis has done to be seen as an example of his work. Uh, doesn't that say something?????? Why is this doctor DOING the surgeries then????? It reeks of poor ethics to me. Which brings me back, full circle, to "no CREDIBLE plastic surgeon" etc etc, the Hippocratic Oath.....

It's really bizarre and unrealistic to want constant attention online but at the same time expect only praise. The minute you make yourself public you have to accept that not everyone is going to worship you. He might be doing it for his narcissism and his ego, but if people see flaws, a busted nose, wonky fillers, weight issues etc. Etc they're going to comment! That's just a fact of life. Noone can go online thinking everyone OWES them compliments and adoration. Give me a break! If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen.

As someone who's experienced anxiety (often triggered by severe self esteem issues and body dysmorphia), therapy is really the only think that helps change those negative thoughts. Not changing the way you look. I hope you find happiness but I have a feeling this won't be it

surgeons are so evolved these days. they give 4D before and after of what you will look like (the after is close to 100% accurate). plus, if anything goes wrong, it could always be fixed

nefertari white that might be the aesthetic lil kim goes for. i can’t find the year it was introduced (its called vectra 3d imaging, not 4d so that was my mistake) so i’m not sure if it was available when she had some of her surgeries done. she’s always been known to stand out and be over the top. however, since they are just a prediction of what the outcome will be, there is always a slight chance of the surgeon making an error or the procedure not healing the correct way
The older I get the more I’m starting to accept who I am, even if I’m not really sure who that is, and I’m realising I need to do what makes me happy, not others. But just make sure you think this will truly make you happy. For me, I’ve been both super skinny and very big and have been just as unhappy at both weights. My mental health issues have been just as bad as both weights. You have the rest of your life to change your appearance, just at least take on board your loved ones opinions. The only reason they are saying what they are is because they love you. I have also partially changed my appearance with cosmetic surgery, thinking it would finally make me feel better when I look in the mirror. It technically fixed a particular insecurity, but the underlying problem is my mental health. Which I now know nothing that changes on the outside can help.

I think the nose looks beautiful, i always admire your work and i never taught of you as other than handsome. It is very difficult when you have dismorphia and surgery can change or not that dismorphia. I did a liposuction construction because i had such a tiny waist and such a large big bump that didn’t match, i didnt felt confident in my body. Hope this surgery helps to get that weight over your shoulders❤️

I hope all has gone well. as a nurse working with plastic surgeons, I hope you do not experience unforeseeable side effects, set backs with your recovery, etc. this is major surgery with mayor risks and potential complications. you may not be 100% happy with your results. please don't be discouraged. your recovery will take a full year. time will tell. please please give it the time it heal. I know (for me at least) when you have insecurities are are so personal to you and so deep, no outside factors can change how you feel about it. To have such drastic changes take place all at ONCE, is going to shock and scare you, and it will make you very emotional and feel regretful. The fact that you said you wanted to resemble certain well known women alone made me sad for you. In my opinion, this is a bad idea, but of course to each their own.
