I love Ben and as a chef who was heavy at one point in my life, Ben needs to get healthy again. When he came back to Hells Kitchen for season 17 he was not himself and it was easy to see. He totally lost his drive, desire and confidence and I am CERTAIN its because he is depressed about something. Ben, fix the mental stuff first and then fix yourself physically. I was over 500lbs at one time in my life and working in kitchens was almost impossible. I have since got down to 250 and I am trying to get to 200. I feel so much better and I am so much happier and I know you will be as well. You can do it Ben.
I lived in Kansas City and I opened the Argosy, Sam's Town and Station Casino. Those were the days when we had to actually cruise on the river. Good times 😃😊❤️
Stacy Allison There was a challenge on season 9 when the black Jackets had to face another team in the kitchen and brought back 5 all stars from previous seasons. It was Ben Trev Jillian van and Tennille
He never mentioned season 17 in this video, as sadly his health complications made him a "liability" and caused him to get eliminated very early on. Season 9 must've been when he was called back to be one of the "elite chefs" or "all-star" in other words, to go up against the final 5
