Awareness of impermanence really calms my mind. I’m so glad I’ve started meditation. I don’t know how I managed to be at this age without it.
I must learn to be content with being happier than I deserve.

Considering the 6 week long State of Quarantine in Germany, I am happy to see that it's End has to come sooner or later due to Impermanence.

Many thanks beautiful soul! I have found the hardest thing for me to do is to simply observe my breathe. I have also found that practice makes perfect. I think of you because I thought “I don’t want to meditate” 🤣 but then I laugh because I thought you had said something similar in one of your first videos and I do it anyway because it always makes me feel better afterwards.

Started mediation a year ago and I have followed Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche as my Guru. I'm teaching my mom now and I really wish there were some teachings in Hindi too. If someone knows a good Hindi meditation resource please do let me know.

thank you for the teachings! a question: do you also let go of attachment to fond memories such as nostalgia for beautiful nature or family of hometown etc? (when 'awareness' start to be more like home than these things, with practice? )

Goswami Digvijay gradual practice. Extend by a minute each day. If you cant extend it just sit for as long as you can. Patience and practice.

Pranam GURU Rinpoche.. I have a problem or be illness.. I thought regularly , coming negative thought and fear and also sometimes hopeless, some time fast heartbeat coming negative mind.. guru Rinpoche give me pls solution.. how can I control my mind??.. how can I become Happy?? How can I for give my anxiety, anger, fear negative thought and bad behaviour?? I want to be a simple person with stay with Happy always.
He has a video previously. He teaches to accept all that you feel. Not to fight it..
Can meditation heal your body like in physical way. I know that you must never lose faith about what you are doing but please could you answer ....
It can heal your body in some ways such as correcting posture, headaches and muscle soreness but meditation can't claim to heal a broken leg. It will make you much more tolerant of pain and able to deal with injuries though. Is your body in need of healing?
When you breath in, it's oxygen ... when you breathe out, it's carbon...
... so, reduce your carbon footprint by *only* breathing in! XD
