Hi everyone I hope you found this video super relaxing. I pulled some new and old triggers out of the trigger hat today. Particularly I tried to make up a language for some of the inaudible section but it just ended up sounding more like angry Dr. Seuss. Oh well.

For total scientific reasons and not anything else how does one develop insomnia

    • @kajakris5808

@@Milkzy-gq1igusually stress, depression, anxiety. Like for me; I have both adhd so it’s difficult for me to ‘turn of’ my brain, and I also suffered from severe depression a year ago. Which made my insomnia twice as bad. So yeah, the most common reasons for insomnia is when a person go through something that makes the body unable to relax just on its own. It’s harder for the body and brain to start producing melatonin (the hormone that makes you sleepy). Hope this helps, and that it wasn’t too difficult to understand (English is my 2nd language)!;)

@@Milkzy-gq1ig for me it's chronic stress, a terrible cycle to be in. The less you sleep the more you stress, the more you stress the less you sleep. But on the good side, fix one and the other will follow.

Love your asmr absolutely my fave! I feel like your right in my ear and my ears vibrate to the point I can feel the air lol very invigorating to say it nicely 😅 wish someone would just do this in real life but your videos are as realistic as it gets. Love how you talk slow and switch it up which mic your in. I love how interestingly I’m anticipating to see what your going to say or where which is exciting and extreme body high. To the point where I get lost with what your saying and my eyes can’t stay open I get lost and pass tf out lol anyways thank you for all your hard work and creativity ❤

    *Hey Dalton!* ☺
You definitely knocked me out 😴💤💤💤 last night with this super relaxing video. The whole thing is so hypnotising and you whisper in such a... hmmm, how can I best describe it?... I feel about as in a trance 😵‍💫 as Mowgli from the Jungle Book when Kaa the snake sings: 🎼 “Trust in meee, just in meee... 🎶 shut your eyes and trust in meee... 🎵 you can sleep safe and sound... 🎵 knowing I am around... 🎶”, hahaha! 😄 You whisper in such an irresistible way, I just can't stop listening. Resistance is definitely futile! It's sooo beautiful 🥰and the incessant tingling sensations are so intoxicating!!! 😍
And congratulations on the first sponsor for your channel! From a completely neutral point of view and independent of your sponsor (as I don't know him and therefore can't say anything about him), this was the most tingly advert I've ever watched. In my opinion, you gave the most important information a very personal touch and presented it in a quiet whisper without being intrusive. This also makes listening to such adverts pleasant and not annoying. Especially in ASMR videos, I think it's important and good when a sponsor is creatively integrated according to the topic or the channel, so that it's basically not disruptive, but also stands out in a way that can create a win-win-win situation for all parties.
    *Whispered Tapping*
The whole tapping again has such a calming and relaxing effect. Especially the roll of tape from 7:13 sounds really great. Must be the magnificent colour. 😉 I get really beautiful tingles with this tapping. It vibrates so pleasantly, I can really feel it in my ears. I'm really thrilled because this feeling is so rare in this way. And I also think that the movement around the microphones and the binaural effect contribute to the tingling sensation.
    *Trigger Words*
All the trigger words evoke pleasant feelings in me, with which I associate exclusively positive thoughts and perceive a rather relaxed atmosphere. Your very quietly emphasised and soft pronunciation of the words, the matching hand and finger movements and the very gentle breathing make this part into an absolute feel-good experience with a lasting effect. My highlight, to which I naturally react immediately with a slight wince, comes at the very end at 14:46 and once again surprised me completely. Well done, absolute relaxation! 😌
    *Whispers and Triggers*
This ice globe is a really beautiful trigger, I think. I've seen it before in other videos and I like water sounds in general. You also make the air bubbles glug in an incredibly gentle way and so pleasantly slowly that it sounds nice and soft and has such a soothing and calming effect on me.
This massage fork or massage fan (I'll call it that now) totally fascinated me. You performed such wonderful, absolutely soothing movements with it. And the matching good-sounding mouth sounds were super tingling. The ‘quiu’ and also the ‘k k k’ or the ‘sk sk sk’ and then this great echo effect and of course the blowing. Wow, I'm really impressed. 😲
    *Korean Trigger Words*
And the Korean trigger words were again extremely tingly. The partially layered and matching smooth hand movements in particular created this tingling effect for me. The word ‘suksakim’ (I'm going to write it the way I heard it, even though I don't use the Korean alphabet but Latin letters) at 22:00 really got me excited, especially when you pronounced it so extremely quickly. Can you tell me what it means?
    *Whispered Story Time*
Oh great! ‘The Chronicles of Narnia’... you always pick such lovely books to read aloud. 🥰 It's been ages since I read the complete seven volumes. And I've watched the movies several times and I thought it was a real shame that they weren't continued back then. The quiet tapping on the book cover sounds pretty good too, by the way! ☺
*Autumn Crinkles & Inaudible Sounds and Whispers*
That little autumn there between your hands sounds quite colourful and crinkly. It sounded a lot like yellow, red, orange and a bit of brown. 🙃 I could lie down in it, like in a pile of leaves. However, I'm looking forward to the upcoming summer... 🌞 and let's see what crinkling sounds it will have waiting for us in the coming months. 😄
And the inaudible together with the crinkling of autumn and later on its own is always so calming. It really is always so relaxing to listen to you. 😌
    *Gobbly Gook Story*
Okay, that's a bit too much for me again, lol, although it sounds really interesting and sometimes quite tongue-twisting. But it's definitely a nice idea. 👍
    *Lights Out Unpredictable Triggers*
The fact that the lights are off makes it particularly exciting and unpredictable again, I love that so much! 🥰 And you really heighten the tension with the long and sometimes very quiet pauses, where I know you're there (because I can hear you breathing) and I'm just waiting for something to happen. This tension is sometimes almost unbearable. 😅 But that's also the beauty of it and of course it drives me a bit crazy. Oh, and then you also savour it to the full by driving along the mics again... so infinitely slow... it's really beautiful. 💖All these great sounds are literally breathtaking, because I keep holding my breath and grinning from one spoilt ear to the other. 😁 It's just so extremely tingly... Thank you for those extra tingles at the end!!! 😍
    Dalton, that was...
    ... just ✨supercalifragilisticexpialidocious✨
    ... just super beautiful ❤
    ... just super relaxing 😌
    ... just super tingly 😍
... just super thank you! 🤗💚

Ohhh thank you, I think i could have made the advert tinglier but you know, first time, had to focus on what I'm actually talking about lol.
22:00 was 속삭 (soksak), which surpriiiiise, means whisper haha. This is a asmr video in the end!
Haha no good with the Gobbly gook story? Yeaaah, the words didn't roll off the tongue as well as I hoped. Was a bit hard to pronounce them .
Glad you enjoyed though! I think this video turned out better than expected in the end, which is nice!

    • @FranzifromGermany
      @FranzifromGermany Před měsícem

      @@DaltonDoesASMR
Yes, you're right, the adverts could have been even more tingling. I can hear the difference to other parts afterwards too. But nevertheless, it had a well-done tingle factor. And I don't think it would be so good if your brain melted from all the tingles and the information about the sponsor was lost. 😉
I listened to the Gobbly gook story several times, with my eyes closed because that's the best way to concentrate on the words, but also with my eyes open so I could maybe read your lips a bit. But it didn't matter at all, I only understood gibberish or nonsense, lol. But it was still tingly though.
So, I would put this video pretty high up there in terms of the pure tingle factor compared to all your other recent videos from this year. I had tingles almost all the time. And your whispering here is so soft, gentle and soothing, it makes falling asleep so much easier and it doesn't take long to drift off either. This video turned out really fantastic! ☺
