I'm going to put aside clown characters like Kyo P and I want to ask about the character Noah or The upgraded version of Rozwel NT is indeed good, but I know I've seen this rozwel somewhere else in Ch Mugen and what I want to know is whether this character is "inspired" Or do you add additional interesting new effects ?
maybe this will answer my curiosity if this is indeed an "inspired" character :3

a bit of inspiration has been taken from Keyser and Posenic's edits, although with my own ideas..
you might have seen - Rozwel -, which might be familiar, but I also took a bit of inspiration from him although nothing too heavy.
