    The good news is Tanzania is full of cheap high quality eats, places to stay and transport options including low cost airlines. For a 10 day trip in Tanzania it cost $51 USD per person per day (excluding a 3 day 2 night Safari at $140 USD per person per day ).

    About healthcare, you lack some important informations. Specialized health issues are all available in Tanzania. No patient is sent to South Africa or Kenya, neither India as it used to be, otherwise you are talking about old Tanzania. Big and specialized hospitals are available in all cities and big towns:
    Example: Benjamin Hospiatal (Dodoma); Bugando Hospital (Mwanza); Chato Hospital (Geita); Mbeya Hospital (Mbeya); Mount Meru Hospital (Arusha); KCMC Hospital (Moshi);
    Private Hospitals and other big national hospitals are many, I cannot mention them all.
    In addition, there is ongoing constructions of big regional hospitals which will serve also the neighbouring countries; these include Nyerere Hospital, Mtwara Hospital, Songwe Hospital, Kibong'oto specialistic Hospital.
    I have left Hospitals in Dar unmentioned becase most of them are National hospitals like Muhimbili, Mloganzila, Ocean road hospital, Kikwete hospital, etc.
    Add aslo referal hospitals of each province + Health centres and dispenceries.
    As I'm writing now, Tanzania is the medical tourism centre for many African countries.

      Yes but locals are paying high taxes yet aren't able to get free medicals. Shame on the country. Hospitals are charging exuberantly that a poor person can't even afford to pay. Ex AgaKhan hospital is the most expensive hospital you can find in Dar. The country gets money from taxes what are they doing with all that money, all going into the pockets of some leaders.

Only SA and KE have a special machines that can detect cancer virus in it's first stages. Remember Lissu and Magufuli were treated in Kenya to treat their critical conditions. But 4 Magufuli , your govt decided to lie about him being in a Tanzanian hospital

      @@stagg2184 ... I don't want to go down this road but for your knowledge.
      Again, your assumption is totally wrong. I have my reason for the humble request I've made. But you jumped to conclusion too fast!
      Firstly, who coined the term 'Black Man' in the first place? Certainly not Indians! Is Guyana the only county, that you claim uses such derogatory terms? Certainly not! In case you don't know Africans here have a term for the Indians here too!
      I thought you would have known your history.
      Yes, it's true there were ethnic issues perpetrated by the colonial power that was... But the people are getting wise up since they've realized that it's not taking the country forward.
      Now, it doesn't hurt me when you make such utterances... we're accostomed to situations like this. What it does is that it just strengthened my awareness of how stronger rascism is getting (from the part of Africans on the continent). Indian nationals suffered at the hands of brutal dictators such as Iddi Amin! It's no secret.
      Indians here are a peaceful people that respect all ethnicities. Find out for yourself.
      You must re examine your statement. I need to ask what beef you have with Indians? Are your fellow countrymen like you? This will put a nasty stain on your country. I call on all right thinking nationals to caution you. Peace.
