My dad, brother, brother-in-law and myself had a concrete business like yours about 45 years ago. My dad rode my ass too and I tell ya I am a better person for it. After concrete I had a plumbing business for 23 years and owe a lot to that old man. We used rolls of wire mesh in our concrete, dangerous stuff man, anyway I noticed you use steel rebar. What are your thoughts on the difference of the two and do you ever use wire mesh? Thanks for the videos.
We used wire for years, and since switching to rebar, we have way fewer cracks. And imo it's easier to deal with than wire. Thank you for the kind words 🙏

One of the most valuable assets you can bring to a crew, is simply the ability to shut the fuck up, it's amazing how many people just can't do that. Not everyone does everything the same, think you know a better way?, say it, If it doesn't fly, just STFU and do it the way they want you to do it.

He never stops. It can be 100⁰ or -10⁰ and the kid never stops. I'm working on the pour video now
