- The Tequeely fly is quickly becoming a favorite of mine. GREAT late afternoon session on the river. I hope you guys enjoy this one!

Nice quiet morning coffee video. Smallmouths are underrated. I Like the squiggley. I've never seen one. It looks like an easy tie.
@jimfromm3981 Yeah, I believe the Tequeely is a ridiculously easy tie. There's not much to the fly.
Got a couple of Tequeelys...never caught a smallmouth on them but the rockies near me can't stay away from them. Maybe I just need to try them above the bridge. Nice video.

Looked like a good time man. I’ll have to try that fly on some of the smallies down here in my area. I haven’t done much fly fishing for smallmouth. I’m trying to build up my confidence on more flies. I caught some nice ones on my tenkara rod. It was like hooking into a torpedo. 😂. Thanks for sharing. Best of luck to you.
@SeMoArtifactAdventures Heya - I am not sure if anyone does tenkara for smallmouth. I think that's more for trout? It might work for smallies.. maybe!

Way to bust out that fly rod and stick with it. Nothing better than smallies on the fly!
