    I watched several other videos that did not explain this well. I can finally do this -use masking and reference frames to remove thigns from my videos. You explain things clearly and simply without dumbing them down. Thank you!

      @@JavierMercedes seriously man, no smoke! I've been trying to find creators on YT that don't look just like me, and stumbled across your channel recently, watched a couple of tutorials, and was hooked. They're all so creative and well done. I think a lot of people don't understand how much effort it is to do a lot of the little throwaway stuff you put in your videos, and I appreciate the effort you put into making everything you do excellent. As far as AE goes, I'd love to be more well-versed in it, I just haven't reached a tipping point to where the need outweighs the lack of time I have to devote to it, haha. But I know where to come back to once I get to that point!

    If only you had unleashed this fire content specifically focused on Austin, TX it would have melted all the snow and fixed the frozen pipe issues, restored the power grid, and washed away the icy roads by the time the video was finished.

    Is adding multiple reference frames done by just moving the play head to that point and clicking create?

    Great video as always. Can I ask you to make more tutorials about editing audio in premiere? For example tricks to remove "uhms" and "ahms". I mean how to cut these off without a jump cut. Should I just drag down the sound when the subject says "ahm" and cover with a room tone? Is that professional? AND/OR other stuff like some basic enhancement for voice over, apart from the built in male voice preset from the audio panel.

    • @JavierMercedes
      @JavierMercedes  Před 3 lety

      Yes, covering with room tone is an option I use sometimes, and if it looks weird on camera then I cover it up with B-Roll.

    • @warpig2786
      @warpig2786 Před 3 lety

      how to remove "echoed" sound from audio, or when the audio is just too "bright" or too "harsh", like what's there to do, not everyone can afford a studio where the audio is = 0, best practices (maybe?) !!

    For anyone else having issues, just be patient when you click "generate fill layer." For some reason AE decided not to include a pop up box showing how far along the render was going so far and it screwed with me, thinking it was never working.

    Something missing in your explanation, I couln't get it worked...specially, when we do this in a project where many other different types of layers are available instead of one video clip. In that case how to define work area? and, you didn't clearly show how to mask the object to be removed...we have to guess most of the things in your video...
