I got these micro finesse jigs in a Mystery Tackle Box with some Z-Man craws and they're awesome.
P.S. Z-Man makes really good soft plastics, I mean really good.
Got it in my MTB caught a decent bass in a very highly pressured pond. Just ordered a pack from cabelas.

I'd use the jig for 3 in craw baits
I have used and loved the finesse TRD rigs! My only complaint is that most of the jig heads hooks break after very short use time. Anyone else experiencing this or maybe I have purchased a bad lot # series by chance? Any advice or info would be much appreciated. Just bought 6 packs of these new Micro Fineese Jig's in the 3/16 size, they look awesome looking forward to trying them out!

Z-Man Fishing TV My fishing buddies give me crap for spending more money to use Z-Man products exclusively (at least for spinnerbaits, swim baits, jigs, & plastics).
We fish Ozark streams from canoes, so it’s easy to hang up and break off. With that in mind, frugality should be a virtue. But for me, it’s worth spending extra to support a company that continues to innovate and stand behind their products, as your response shows.
If Z-Man ever makes crankbaits and topwater plugs, I won’t use any other brand. Hell, if you guys made a car I’d probably buy it!
The weed guards are terrible though
If they're too stiff, you can always clip one of them off.
