Archicad Tip - Creating a custom door leaf

Great video, straight to the point. I have one question though. What if I wanted to use a custom leaf on apertures with different opening sizes? Do I have to make a model for each size so it doesn't get stretched, or is there a way of telling archicad to fix certain dimensions (so they dont get stretched)?
