IDK if it's the case in 2002, but in 03 isn't Kusanagi some kinda mirror clone by Chizuru?
They should reference the various Kyo clones and say that they graduated high school in Kyo's stead. It'd be a really funny call back

Most powerfull version of Rugal is fron Capcom vs SNK as God Rugal. With Akuma power he probably can control Orochi power too
