- In the depths of time, a once-mighty king took his final breath, forsaken by all. Alone in his regal hall, he slumped upon the throne, his body decaying as his kingdom crumbled in neglect. Forgotten by the world, his skeletal figure remains, a haunting symbol of lost power and the relentless decay of forgotten realms.
This episode of Rest of the Wicked features dark ambient music with medieval vibes and the sound of decay.

" now you must die" 😮
The dead to not suffer the living to pass
My thunderous fart shall blow it open again

Wait LotR??? Thought this was KiY (king in yellow)
This could be a soundtrack. Like all of your work, there's a complexity that fuses music with ambient sounds, and this one in particular takes us through different scenes. I'm grateful you do what you do, and I hope more people discover this channel.
Thank you so much, Bill!

- The Death of an Evil King -
The crooked fingers curl in his hand
this dreadful ruler of the land
his evil reins far and wide
under his rule many have died
he's killed and killed without remorse
riding atop of his pitch black horse
Causing chaos and death throughout his kingdom
the good are enslaved and the evil gain freedom
He was once a knight of a brilliant king
then he and the princess went out for a fling
The king caught them both in her bed
in the next moment the king was dead
After this, the man hatched a plan
how he could be the ruler of this land
so he killed off all the people who might inherit the throne
and the popularity he had with the peasants had grown
They loved him so much that he received the crown
He really won them over, it's enough to astound
even the smartest, greatest mastermind of all,
but no one could have predicted what would happen in the fall
The new king sent the kingdom into dark times
bringing bandits and rebels and criminals of all kinds
The evil man ruled the kingdom in hate
It seemed for restoration it was too late
Then a man from Troy, a remarkable man
showed up in the kingdom with a sword in his hand
came to free the people from this hateful rule
Everyone from his home had called him a fool
He took along with him his archers and knights
and prepared them all for one hell of a fight
He called the king out without hesitation
and began his fight for the nation
The king stayed inside his castle walls
he was drunk with power and that was his fall
he sent out his army and much blood was spilled
But the knight from Troy was very strong-willed
He entered the castle, leaving the fight outside
Where many men had fought and died
He found the king, who seemed ready for death
He would protect his title before his dying breath
The king struck in a blind rage
as if he were a rabid animal trapped in a cage
The man killed the king now the deed was done
The battle for the nation was finally won
The peasants cheered and good times were ahead
It was a bloody battle, but now the evil king was dead
It brought good times and made everyone sing
They gave the man from Troy the crown, now he was the new king.

King is dead. Long live The King!!! New King of dark mysterious ambient music!
Sounds good to me;-)
Mighty king. King among kings, conqueror of lands and men.
You, who never fought in any of the thousands battles, are considered the most powerful of the warriors.
You, who never spended not one single day in the fields, are the one who fed the entire kingdom.
You, the most immoral of us all, are the one who judge us all.
Mighty king, arrogant and ignorant, the one who ruled over the humble and the wise.
Yhorm the Giant, thank you for this ambient!
King Leoric had been sitting his wasted throne for about thousand years in the ruined his kingdom palace at the Blizzard Game Diablo.
Leoric was once a sage king for a long time but he had corrupted by Diablo.
He had cursed by the Diablo Lord of the Terror, his lovely sons both used the vessel of that Arch Evil Lord Diablo, and Diablo has been mind control the Leoric's family, also used King Leoric's mad.
So the mad King had slaughter his lovely queen and people of the his Kingdom. In that way his kingdom has fallen at finally. His old loyalist couldn't see his King's war crime, so he staged a coup and kill his lord.
Awesome! New sub 😎
Thank you!
Oh my... I don't know what's wrong with me, but I love these dark vibes the most. Interiors, climatic music, those old clothes. No music evokes so many, deeply, hidden emotions in me as this one. If it's true that everyone's soul has lived before, I think I was some kind of witch or sorcerer burned at the stake.
I don't think there is anything wrong with you;-) Thanks for watching!
Absolutely outstanding..💯
Amazing! :O
Thank you very much!
I love the theme of this. The eerie dark vibe is pretty much perfect for the hall of a dead king.
I like listening to this as I work and it's been great in keeping me focused. That's why I wanted to give the $10 -- as a thank you for that. 💙

You're welcome! I am so glad I found your channel cause I've been using your music for this dark storyline in this roleplay.@@restforthewicked6842
Woe to those that enter, pity to those that leave
I think the most chilling part about is that there was nothing beyond death for the king. His restless soul doesn't haunt the hall he perished in, neither anyone else's. There's nothing that happened after his death besides his kingdom falling into ruin, let alone anything paranormal. He is just gone, forgotten by even the forgotten.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
Another wonderful spooky video from the master 😱

In a world filled with warriors and wizards, wastelands and great cities, the world of today stands ontop of the forgotten lands of old times. Many adventurers who dream of glory and riches, venture into dark lands, that would be better left alone. Who knows what lurks in the shadows deep into the mountains or the dark forests where creatures of ones worst nightmares roam.
Some things, are better left alone... but the curiosity and ambition of men, always gets the better of them.
I love ambience like this, as well as images. It inspires me to write, draw and build models, creating concepts and ideas of my own.
Masterfully done sir, you earned yourself a sub. 😁👍👍
Very happy to hear that! Thanks for your awesome comment!
Curiosity and ambition are positive qualities, that help you advance and better yourself in every way. Not to be mistaken for Greed and Risk Addiction, which I believe are what you intended. Ambition is making good use of one's own resources, and setting goals for oneself to use one's own potential to the fullest. Greed is measuring self with others. Greedy people are never happy with what they have because there will always be someone that is better off. Their drive comes from a dark place, it's more about making the other person look bad in comparison than it is about them bettering for themselves, their loved ones, and the society. The ambitious challenge themselves so they can earn what they need and/or want, but the greedy are wired otherwise. They may not necessarily need something but they they want it anyway just because someone else has it. The greedy man prefers to appropriate things rather than earning them. Taking away from others what does not belong to them actually fuels their adrenaline; hence the Risk Addiction I mentioned. The more they get away with, the more adrenaline is pumped in their system. Taking away from the fellow man, whether it is by cunning, sweet talking, cheating, stealing, or threatening is more about control and power and often times has nothing to do with need. There is no glory in getting goods the honest way, but snatching, boy...doesn't it appeal to their ego? Their ego is demanding and unforgiving therefore returning "empty-handed" is not an option; just knowing that the ego will nag them, and tear them apart terrorizes them. This is where "venturing in dark places that are better left alone" comes in (I quoted you). Since the greedy are always aiming at the fruit just outside their arm's reach, they can't impose limits on themselves; their motto is anything goes; the goal justifies the means. They know when they cross limits but they have already an excuse for it. They won't tell you they are unprepared, unwilling, ill-equipped to deal with their egos after they stepped boundaries but they will tell you they had no choice, and who are you to judge them. The excuses they make for themselves are a coping mechanism called rationalization, meaning they reason in non-reasonable ways. I must stop before you get a headache. If you allow me, can I suggest something? You should not have to address others by "Sir" unless they address you likewise. Enjoy the conversations and keep participating if it feels fulfilling and productive to you, but remember that pleasing others is not mandatory. Okay, now, I hope you have a beautiful peaceful day.
You're such a Sound Master, dear friend! I cant take my ears off your masterpieces...my god, what a journey every time. So fulfilling, so evoking... things, emotions, pictures and feelings... Imagine a war fought over years, through unimaginable brutality, with casualties innumerable, as per the divine declaration of your king, and ordained by his lords. This king inspiring unwavering loyalty and zealotry for the war effort, yet every time calls for peace come they are met with no response and the king's order remains the same: Win the war. More and more die, villages sit empty and ghost towns litter the lands; then finally it is enough, enough war, this time people clamour for peace and yet again the king remains silent. Eventually you dare wander to the castle you've been protecting so vehemently.
The inner sanctum is empty, guarded only by mindless automatons, the castle entrance is empty, the ministry is empty, the war room is empty. At the very far end, above golden spiral staircases, with walls smothered in jewelry and art, roofs covered in the most ornate of decorations; there sits the throne room, guarded by rows upon rows of lifeless automatons no longer functional, and upon the golden throne only bones are to be found. An endless war of zealous suffering, all to protect something that perished so long ago nobody could even recognise its appearance.

A storm is coming. Mankind faces ruin and despair. The world is changing, yet hope remains in the hearts of the people. We go about our daily lives never knowing the forces than can change our destinies forever; we are oblivious, ignorant like sheep to the slaughter. This night in the year of our Lord 1047, marks the beginning of our journey together; a journey into darkness, into madness. I watch him from the shadows. Is he the one? He has come far already but he will be tested; tested to the very limits of human endurance... and beyond. This night he rides looking for the old gods, armed with an amulet that has led him here; tonight he will begin his journey into oblivion.

You don't need words or pictures. Yo don't need cameras or pages. You only need a un single video, a single picture and a deep and a complex and ominous music composition to tell us the more dark, beauty, ancient, sad and epic of the stories.
The dead are always around and watching. The real question is who and what are they watching? Is it you?
And to all, they dont always come back to haunt.... 💀 🦋🦋🦋
Imagine this soundtrack in a video game, walking in the abandoned and maybe haunted castle in VR…only see the Dead King sitting on his thrown……in front of you.
Great opportunity to write a back story of the events that happened in the Kings lifetime…
What kind of King was he?
What kind of king wasn't he? He couldn't have been a good king because then he would have been buried. He couldn't have been a wise king, because then he might have had a tomb aside from his own castle. He couldn't have been a humble king because then he would not have been left alone within such a great edifice unless his castle was just as much a reminder of his rule as his decaying body was. He couldn't have been a godly king because then the divines would not have forgotten him.
The result is that he must have been an awful king. A cruel tyrant. A terrible ruler. Loved by none and feared by all, if he was so lucky to be remembered at all. He was greedy, he was selfish, and he was impious. And for a such a king, such a king that should be remembered only as the exact opposite of what a king should be, the only worthy memory of him was that he was not a king at all.
Just a pitiful corpse slouching on a stone throne that was not his own, with his reality finally and clearly mirroring his life, mind, and soul.
This King was named Aldric and ruled over this land a long time ago. He was a brave and intelligent leader, hailed as a just ruler. In his youth, he was valiant in battle and led his soldiers to defend the kingdom, earning the respect and admiration of the people.
However, as the years passed, Aldric grew increasingly greedy and selfish. He resorted to ruthless means to further his own interests, exploiting the commoners and depriving them of their rights and possessions. This led the country into turmoil and unrest, with the people living in poverty and fear.
At the same time, Aldric became enamored with dark magic and immersed himself in the thirst for power. He formed alliances with wicked sorcerers to gain even greater might. These dark forces changed him, turning him into a cruel and cold-hearted monarch.
As time went on, his castle became more and more desolate and eerie. Rumors spread that his castle was cursed, and Aldric's heart was forever shrouded in darkness. His rule became increasingly brutal, and the people began to revolt, while even his once-loyal followers grew angry at his tyranny.
Finally, a rebellion erupted. The people united and engaged in fierce battles against his army. After a grueling conflict, Aldric was defeated, and his army scattered. In the end, he was betrayed by his own forces and fell upon the once-glorious throne.
Since then, Aldric's soul has been trapped within this forsaken castle, tormented by the atrocities committed during his reign. He became a restless spirit, doomed never to find peace. It is said that on certain nights, you can see his ghost sitting on the throne, gazing over the land he once ruled.
Now, as you find yourself in this abandoned castle, you can only see the King of a fallen kingdom seated on his throne. His gaze seems to pierce through time and space, surveying the familiar territory of his past. Amidst this eerie ambiance, you decide to continue exploring this mysterious place, unraveling its enigmas, and helping the soul of this King find solace.
