- This lecture, "Dynamics of Simplicity: Freedom from the Tyranny of Complicated Thinking" was delivered to a live audience in Los Angeles on December 15, 1963. This came during a period of several years in which Manly Hall was particularly interested in Eastern philosophy, especially Zen and the simple way of approaching life. In contrast, life in the West and America had become much more complex and with it, came the psychological complexes with we are still afflicted to this day.

He was named after Anicus Manlius Severinus Boethius. He was born into the Mysteries to be borne to supreme place of achievement owner of the majestic title: Master of the Mysteries.
If His life was not, and is not the embodiment and the unfolding of universal patterns of benevolence, whom then does occupy that curious position?

Since I have found MPH, my attitude has changed. He has become a teacher to me. I am amazed that his lectures are decades old, the world as we know it today shows us decades of change but the wisdom he shares about human nature has not changed a bit.

There's a code I read behind the veil. The continuum of intellectual break throughs Sir Manly has worded simple and perfect in each and every one of his lectures are truly priceless. An Awakened conscious perception is invaluable. And so is true understanding.

This guy is a true genius. He says everything i wish i could say if only i was so articulate. A true scientist and engineer of human life. Too bad we can't elect a president like Manly P. Hall.

Listening to this in 2023 is wild... he talked about 1963 like many talk about today... seems like we've done nothing but push and push, decade after decade, since WWII! Life has gotten more complex than each successive generation can keep up with. 😮

I been listening and reading to many spiritual books and people over many years....but with this person is different...even if you disagree with him ,he still leaves a lot "food for thought" with his lectures,doesnt take sides and he is himself......

I can feel something happens when I listened to manly like I should share it with society but at the same time there's far and few between people who would accept these lectures let alone maintain any knowledge they here. Like he says people these times people are to defence in there of self porpuse. But I also believe those people over more listened would soon comphend like if it was on the media instead of the news
