    I like the Auto reframe. It will. Ome in handy for the vertical social media edits. I've used the scene detection in one of my color grading gigs. The offliners handed over the project on a single file for logistics purposes and I'd dismantle it on the timeline using this tool

    Great summary and presentation. A lot of stuff I wouldn't use (audio), but also a lot of stuff that will improve as AI advances (auto transcribe). Consider flagging cyan light on the left to control the spill on your nose and left eye . nose bridge. I think you will look much better without a cyan light spill across your face. Hope your subs will increase exponentially.

    When I first heard and saw Remix tool I was fascinated. But when I tried it my excitement shrinked. The tool doesn't do a precise length of the track perfectly, which I need it for. It either makes it in most cases a bit longer or a bit shorter. I know a better trick. 😊

    • @alexmesel
      @alexmesel  Před 7 měsíci +1

      You are right about the precision of the length. I think the reason behind it is that it can’t just suddenly abrupt the song when you want it a bit shorter or can’t make it stop half the beat if you want it just a tiny bit longer.
      If there’s a better way for your needs then it proves that AI can’t replace us fully. Unless your trick also has to do with some AI tool 😄
      I also rarely use the remix tool on the projects where the full edit depends on the music. I’d rather do it manually. But when I deal with background music it works perfectly.

    i wish i had ai funtionality in my version. i have premiere pro 2021 and have a clip from an action cam that seems to gradually go out of sync by a massive amount (around 25 seconds) by the end of the clip - could you do a video on how to fix a clip which has audio and video tracks of the same length but gradually out of sync? thanks :)

    • @alexmesel
      @alexmesel  Před 6 měsíci

      Hi, I will definitely make a video about it but in the meantime here are a few ideas how to fix it:
      If your video and audio tracks have the same length but are not in sync by 25 sec closer to the end that should mean that your audio ends earlier than video and you have a 25 sec empty space (no waveform) at the end of your audio track.
      In this case you can try to separate audio and video tracks by right clicking your clip and choosing “Unlink”. Then hit R to grab the Rate Stretch Tool and extend only your audio track so that the part in your audio which still has a waveform (before the empty space) touches the end of your video. Then with your audio clip selected hit Command/Ctrl R and check “Maintain Audio Pitch”.
      If it doesn’t help or your audio started to sound very weird try using a software called “HandBreak”. It will solve the problem if your audio and video are out of sync due to some codec issues.
      As a last resort you can separate video and audio tracks and manually cut your audio track into smaller chunks and move each to match the video in the best way possible.
      Let me know if that helped 🙂

    • @alexmesel

      Couldn’t find the answer to that unfortunately. But the tool is pretty simple so even older and slower computers should be able to handle it without any problems.

    i want ask about the version that applies these AI tools

    • @alexmesel
      @alexmesel  Před 6 měsíci

      For this tutorial I was using Premiere Pro 2024 and for Enhance Speech Premiere Pro 2024 Beta.
      However many of those tools have been around for a while already, so you may find them in older versions of Premiere as well.

    Can AI help with mask tracking on Pr pro? Thanks 🍀

    • @alexmesel
      @alexmesel  Před 6 měsíci

      Yes, Premiere Pro has mask tracking 🙂
      I’m not sure if it uses some AI technology to do it but in any case it works like this:
      With your clip selected go to the Effect Controls panel - Opacity and create a mask around an object you want to track.
      Then in Mask settings go to Mask Path and use the arrows to track your mask either one frame at a time or all at once. You can also click on the wrench icon to select a tracking method.
      I’m planning to make a video about it but meanwhile you can find more info here:
