I actually kinda understand where they're coming from. It's not like the angels hold a personal grudge against each other, it's just they can't betray their master. They probably had a great respect for him before he was cast out.
I dont know what everyone thinks, but these angels, instead of insulting Lucifer, stop to have a friendly conversation with him. I mean, they could easily tell him he deserves to die, but they call him "brother" and some think a bit about betraying yhvh
It's kinda weird maybe even YHVH and Lucifer themselves still arent as resentful of each other deep down. I think it would be interesting in V if they explored this angle. Especially with what the trailer alludes to.
Lucifer: *Asks girl on a date Girl: “Sorry, I like you a lot but I don’t think we should date.” Lucifer: “Hmph... Truly, I’m more hated than I had believed...”
Well Satan... Satan sort of the oddball in the series because the way he is depicted... well can be confusing. Unless we're talking about Apocalypse Satan then he's a cool guy.
Satan just means adversary or accuser so I suppose in this instance the angels are correct to refer to him as such. Still kinda weird because Satan is an actual character in smt.
It’s confusing because in here, Satan is referred to as a title, meaning Adversary. Satan in SMT though, is the actual character. So it’s a matter of context really.
I'm surprised how chill the angels are towards Lucifer
Just because you're enemies with someone doesn't that courtesy has no place.
Isn't hallel one of the higher ranking angels? The other must to show respect, even if he rebelled against their God.

I love the fact that Throne at the end just looks like he rolls away

Ouch...
Everybody during a high school reunion be like:
"Join Satan" so in this Devil Summoner/Persona universe Satan is evil
Well Satan...

Satan in Hebrew means "The Adversary" or "The Enemy". Basically, the angels are calling Lucifer as the ultimate enemy/opponent.
He’s not referring to that Satan, he’s calling himself Satan as a title (The Adversary).
Man, Throne really likes spinning his wheel, doesn't he?
Wha... Join Satan? But Satan is different angel in SMT and he is like, the most lawful one! Is Atlus forgot themselves?
There are a lot of comments already explaining that
They are using Satan as a title
I thought Lucifer and Satan are mortal enemies in SMT series?
