    Thanks for the quick run through the menu options. I think this in something most reviewers leave out.

    2:10 the gear lever is very reminiscent of a dirt bike lever, designed to kind of "slam shift" it like you would on an mx/enduro bike. I quite enjoyed the gear lever position

    • @bubbajones6907
      @bubbajones6907 Před 10 měsíci +1

      ...also, you need to move the gear lever a little high to squeeze your boot under it. Adventure, or dirt boots tend to be quite thick.

    Great review! I bought the 2017 model and absolutely. Love. It! The rear-views are ugly as sin, kinda look like Shrek's ears, but otherwise. Mint!! Go buy one.

    I have a 2012 model (similar shape, pre update) and find the centre stand too long!! I have the opposite problem when parking. I wonder if it changed in the update?

    • @RiderCamTV
      @RiderCamTV  Před 7 lety

      +Glynn Taylor perhaps it did. Just a little longer for this one would have been great. :)

      RiderCamTV thank you. I had taken it for a test run today for around 4 hours. Negative point's quite twitchy, bike stand poor as peg obstructing, vibrations. Plus brakes, styling, sound. Disappointing as I had high expectations. I'm hoping KTM 790 will be better

      @@RiderReview Did you get the 790?

    • @RiderReview
      @RiderReview Před 10 měsíci

      @bubbajones6907 no. After the test riding the 790 for a few days, it felt lt cheap and unsteady.

    How is the engine vibration? I've seen other reviews where they mentioned the vibration traveling though the bars and all

    • @RiderCamTV
      @RiderCamTV  Před 7 lety

    • @RiderCamTV
      @RiderCamTV  Před 6 lety

      At cruising speeds im sure it would be fine. Was certainly good at 60mph. The mpg is good too but I can’t recall the exact figures but I remember it because my good :)
