$1 STILL Goes a LONG WAY in Phnom Penh, Cambodia for a 10pm Hair Wash & Soapy Head & Shoulder Massage.
I asked to be made into a handsome Cambodian man, but I was told it was impossible. Her explanation was cute.
Keaow gives me a relaxing hair washing at 10pm in the nightlife zone, but almost put me to sleep with her powerful head & shoulder massage instead. She finished me off with a hair blow dry, and a great men's hair styling.

A friend of mine who is a travel veteran has advised to absolutely never tip that much as this makes you a target. $5 tip is a safer amount and more than enough.

Google "Phnom Penh haircut prices 2023". And you will see its $5. And I am 250% sure this massage/girlfriend experience is not included in the $5 price. They are most likely doing this cause of youtube.
