    INGREDIENTS:
    Green Moong dal - 1 cup
    Rice - 1/4 cup
    Ginger - small piece
    Green chili - 5
    Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
    Salt
    HOW TO MAKE:
    Wash and soak moong dal and rice together overnight. Drain the water and transfer to the blender. Add ginger, green chilies, cumin seeds and needed salt. Add needed water and grind into fine paste. Should be dosa batter consistency. This batter need not to be fermented and dosa can be made right away. Heat dosa tava and make thin and crispy pesarattu.
    Ginger chutney, tomato chutney or coconut chutney would be the perfect choice for this dosa.
    Serve hot along with rava upma on the side is absoultely your choice.
