Influx of Chinese buyers…. Love the best kept secrets, interesting how many foreign ownership is allowed in these different countries. The Italian locations sound fabulous. These locations also correspond to lists of cheapest cost of living places to retire. Expat living etc. Terrific list with some good investment ideas. Wow the vid covers most continents as well.

Can highly recommend Montenegro. I came here in 2005 to stay for 3 years and enjoy the booming market. After 2 years I couldn’t think of a better place to go to for combined quality of life, cost of living and continued opportunities. I still can’t. Maybe I should keep watching Skerry Harry videos for some viable alternatives. For me, though now more expensive, the Boka Kotorska area is the area for prime real estate and continuing luxury development.
