It occurred to me while meditating in the heart that pain is actually an aid to help you focus healing energies and blood to the specific area that needs healing. When you are in pain it is hard to focus on anything else, so why not use it for healing.

I absolutely LOVE your videos. They are always so spot on and helpful. I was wondering if I could offer a suggestion when it comes to intuitively selecting our angel messages? Is there any way you could provide a visual with: 1, 2, 3 and maybe intuitively color them or design the visuals even if each number is a different color or something? Whatever feels like it best conveys that specific angel message? Or just let the angels guide you? As a visual person it would help tremendously in allowing me to intuitively select which number calls out to me the most? Also showing a visual for a few seconds allows us the opportunity to tune in and chose an appropriate message. AGAIN just a suggestion! Either way your videos are perfect. With #2 I am not sure how to go about it, so I hope I get some inspirational guidance on that front. Sending you love and light. Hey, I’m feeling kind of triggered, I just think that there were people in my life before they used to. I believe try to manipulate me by calling me a victim to get me to react in a certain way however, I allow myself to feel sad or afraid or however, I feel, and that is valid for me and is my my feelings and I’m allowed to speak my feelings. And I think that certain people in my past would if I said some of these emotions they we’re not able to handle hearing how I felt and tried to blame me inturn, instead of owning their part in our relationship. And I think that stems from my father because that’s kind of how he would act, but I am a domestic violence survivor, and I I struggled with PTSD for a long time and physical injuries from that incident. I have empowered myself a lot more afterwards, and I believe I’m stronger than ever. Currently, I’ve just been trying to find the balance between putting an effort towards my goals and being able to relax and enjoy my life and that hasn’t been easy for me, so I’m just doing my best here so please don’t try to call me a victim.
