Totally agree about the boots on the ground advice. Also, given the pandemic these days, almost everything will be negotiable. Personally, I think that rentals in the SBMA are overpriced compared to Olongapo and Subic town - especially considering that you'll need your own transportation living on the SBMA (for the most part) considering that trikes and jeepneys are not allowed in the SBMA.
Thanks to doing these vids Peter . Seen most of your vids. Lower West Kalayaan video and that area is my dream place to buy a home.
Thank you Peter! You promised and delivered.

As all ways Pete well spoken and informative, hope I run into you again next time I'm visiting subic
beer with Pete overdue is Subic open to manila people yet ?
100 month apt are you kidding? being a basement it would be easy to cool.
What specific areas / neighborhood would you suggest to get boots on the ground for the best chance to find something nearest to barretto? Thanks again
In Barretto my favorite estate is Alta Vista.
Hello my name is James and Iâve been following you for a long time. Iâm going to retire soon in Phils and I love Subic as Iâve been there many times. Iâll move there when Iâm 51 years old. Would 1 million Aussie dollars last for 15 years until I can access my super?
Yes absolutely if you know how to spend it right. Buy a property to live in and one as investment and the rest in dividend shares in Oz fully franked. Spend 40% of what you have and live off investment property and shares paying dividends, thats what I would do.
3:32 "filipino style but looking for something cheap" unintended zinger or is it throwing shade now
