I think mezco is starting to realize the comic accurate looks work for the line. At first they had such a hunch of making it fit into the real world.. they are embracing the comic looks now

I think they would crush their first deadpool if they did it now... cyclops is close to being good enough but they could of went a more simple route with the costume and added trunks and it would of been revived better... brown suit wolvie absolutely needs to be done right as well

I’d personally like to see a classic Thor. We got one Thor and it was a lack luster one from the movies. Further more mezco could kill a serious old grizzled thor head sculpt and we all know they can do capes
As for 16:52 I just ordered this and was wondering if they'd fit with his arms behind him like the ending of the weapon x attack from CotA through MvC2.

it's actually not a pointing finger it's a "come here" taunt finger to recreate his most iconic comic cover by frank miller wolverine issue 1 and they did provide the first appearance belt and buckle
They should make a deluxe normal Logan maybe with a motorcycle and an axe with wood like he was working or even a different more gory battle damage parts
Forgot this was coming out around now, didn't get the original one but preordered this one from how good this looks aesthetically (even teeth gritted faces look pretty good) and the wide variety in accessories for claws, belts, and sentinel stand. Articulation too is really strong for the Logan body which was already one of their better ones. Gives me high hopes for the deluxe Superman and hope we get one for those who missed on Captain Marvel/Shazam.
Cannot wait for mine. Btw i saw a post on instagram saying that some black paint on the sentinel base are still wet, so be careful it may stain Wolverine’s costume
I would have definitely liked the panel lines I think the sculpt on the arms should be sharper specially counting how good the sculpt on the marvel legends looks, by sharper I mean more muscle definition and more texture and also hair texture, most comic characters are drawn completely shredded so he should look like he has 0% body fat A comparison between this guy and all the other tiger stripe wolverine's would be pretty good
i have the mezco casual logan and its great but this looks so improved, i love how they didnt try to make it realistic and they instead made it accurate to comics

I have been constantly re-watching this because I'm excited for when I get this because, this figure is DOPE! I especially like those bone claws! Mezco KILLS it with the wolverine claws.
I mean it looks good at certain angles but to me it's the same with most mezco they look short, stubby, and uncomfortable in there own clothes, I love the 90s head sculpt and those claw effects are dope you just gotta pose the fists at the bottom or top of the X slash, like the hands come together or apart for a hug, awesome review regardless always enjoy when you enjoy something it just helps with excitement of figures all round
I think that short stubby look works for Wolverine though, but yeah I feel you. Thanks for watching the review, even know its not really your cup of tea.
It's a in hand thing.. I use to dislike the soft goods. It's tough to do at this scale.. people just need to realize mezco favors esthetic over Articulation... also these costumes are what the characters would actually wear. Comic artist just prefer to draw muscle over fabric wrinkles lol
I like that X claw effect because it reminds me of capcom wolverine. I do see mezco improving with every figure they release, they might be crowned as best 1/12 figures of the future.
Totally agree about daredevil. I only passed on that one, because i did not like how, they took libraries and gave him shoulder pands & knee pads. So hopefully they do.🤞
The blue trunks are removable so I took them off to get a belt in place and I ended up keeping them off. Without them the suit looks a lot more modern but still classic
I should be getting mine tomorrow. I have the other Mezco X-Men figures (except for Cable) because X-Men are my primary collection, but didn't feel any of them were great compared to other lines until Gambit came out. This Wolverine looks exceptional and Bishop is highly promising. Really happy to see this sub-line start to round into shape a bit more.
@@UnparalleledUniverse Mafex is better all the way around. They fit with more lines too, which is why I have some Mafex in a Blue and Gold display and more in an X-Men vs. Street Fighter one. Just got Wolvie yesterday and I think he is fantastic. Maybe my figure of the year.

Really looking forward to this release. I think he's a little tall and Mezco suits would benefit greatly from shading on the suit to highlight the musculature but aside from that this looks like best Wolverine figure since the Mafex brown suit

The giant x claw effect will lay in the grooves of the chest light of the sentinel of laid the right way. Doesn’t snap in, but it lays in nicely.

Yeah Mezco do run a little big but as long as he is shorter than the other Mezco Marvel figures...I'm good.
If you place it under the lamp, you'll see a lot of musculature, but I get your point. It would be cool.
