Great! But do you not add any lubrication? All ‘servicing’ videos are just taking it apart and putting it back together again, what does that achieve? I have a kinetic where the winding gear train is very stiff, the rotor does not turn on it’s own.
I saw a video, on another channel, where they used Mobius 9010 to lube certain parts. I think this video is just to show the sequence of disassembly, and assembly. The hairs would have caused problems for this watch.

Thanks for the video, will help me when I do this very soon. Very good control, I find that my hand shakes more than yours. I also find that the screws stick to my tweezers. I saw both hair also, very good camera that your using.

While assembling i noticed my step rotor is very magnetized and causing isdues with other parts. Can i demagnetize it or do i need another rotor?
Demagnetizing a step rotor is possible, but it's important to consult the manufacturer's instructions or a qualified technician to ensure proper procedure. Demagnetizing the wrong way can damage the rotor.

Comparing to stripping down the movement, those two manuvers you mentioned are easy.
Hi there, this video is awesome! Question though. How did you take the dial off the movement? I have a Landmaster Kinetic, 7 day and can not figure out the dial removal process. I'm fearful of damaging it. Please explain if you can. Thank you!

Eureka! I received the 5m65 motor the other day and compared it to the old one and found two twisting half screws. Turn counterclockwise and voila! Dial came off. The two motors/movements are completely comparable with the case and hands and all!

This problem occurs when the stator is bent, in this case the stator should be changed
