Bang Chan yelling spear B when Changbin does his bit in Maniac and then yelling Stray Kids all around the world you make stray kids stay at the end besides all the other amazing things at this performances, makes it a legendary epic performance. MAMA awards always have some epic performances. this is the 3 year for Stray kids performing at the MAMAs. They one 3 awards. Most popular group, top 10 Worlds Fan choice, and Yogibo Chill award. They didn't win the big one but they were nominated which is amazing still. Here are the categories they were nominated in but didn't win: World Icon of the year (BTS), Best Male Group (BTS), Dance Performance Male Group (Seventeen), and Best m/v of the year (Black Pink with Pink Venom)
Hyunjin’s shadow hanging there in the beginning cracked me up
Note: LeeKnow had just recovered from Covid and still performed at 110 percent!
Chani was working very hard on the change of beat (along with likely Verschol -sp?- a producer that he works with often). They won 3 different awards which floored BangChan and the KZS, especially the "Most popular group" which is based an international voting. He also mentioned on his latest Chan's room (here on youtube) that they had some major struggles with getting the performance ready and humbly thanked the Japanese backup dancers for their passion in helping get up to this level of a performance. Woozer, they floored everyone in the building (not to mention millions of dedicated Stay).
Oh, and Hyunjin had been hoisted up high into the front stage while the other 7 came down the Venmon's travel from main stage to the next (he was Very nervous but seeing Stay watching he performed that segment and the following dances with his amazing grace).

The one stays voted for was fans choice award & yogibo chill award. Most popular group award was not voted but given by mama/judges.
Stray Kids always change the music, the choreo, etc for every award show. We won't see the same performance twice. Its crazy.
And word today is that their Korean dancers couldn't come to Japan for some reason, last minute. And they had to find Japanese dancers who had to study the choreo in a day
.they had one day to all practice together. Chan said on his live that the performance almost didn't happen. And the. To slay it. They absolutely rocked the entire arena. Best stage of the entire show imo.

Did you see the latest talker? They were literally practicing in the airport after arriving in Japan cause of that! Crazy!

And that was **just** a performance at an award ceremony!! It's amazing how they managed to turn it into a Stray Kids concert, LOL.

Considering that they had sos situation as their Korean dancers couldn’t get to Japan and japanese dancers learned everything in 1 day it’s brilliant and Chan told that there would be no performance without help of those dancers, I feel how much stress they had…❤
Every performance of SKZ is different and definitely a masterpiece... especially the MMA AND MAMA performances.

Seeing them live is a whole other experience! Made me love them even more...and now I'm seeing them both days in LA.

I will say every award show or live performance it is absolutely worth it to wait a couple days and look up fan cams for those performances because they catch things that are so cool.
It also comes in handy when the cameraman are shit like at this show lol

I love reminding myself to review those after the performance little bits that you won’t get from the official obviously not to react to just would be fun to watch since you are a fan.
Hyunjin and Lee Know and Seungmin just dropping to the ground as soon as the lights went out from exhaustion shows you how much they worked but also this was a nine minute show it was crazy.
The run up to the poppin drop was awesome too!

So glad you are a Stay! SKZ brings it to every performance. Even the past awards shows when MNET didn’t even nominate them for any awards but still asks them to perform on stage for promoting Kingdom. To us Stays, we know they deserve more than what they are recognized for and hopefully Stays all around the world will win them more awards in the coming years.
the part in between venom and maniac with felix is based off the oddinary trailer, so you might've wanted to watch the trailer before the mama performance, but that rly did such a good job and im so proud of them for winning 3 awards including the worldwide fan choice award
I LOVE SKZ! I also recommend their younger brother's band group whose debut this year is called Xdinary Heroes!
Their songs are made by themselves too, the whole two albums 《Hello, world!》and 《Overload》are legends.
If you are interested, I think you can reaction the latest song "Hair Cut", the music, vocals, mv, and visuals, are all stunning!
And the most exciting song in my mind is "Strawberry cake", but to be honest, all their songs are so amazing!!

they just had like 2 days in japan to prepare for it beforehand... channie recently said the performance almost didn't happen, the japanese dancers helped out a lot and the members nearly ran themselves into the ground. skz deserve every single award so,so much.

To be honest, STRAY KIDS is the best!.... that performance was AMAZING and the energy the entire time, it was to the next level just like they are on everything they do. Oh WOW Hyunjin!! THAT WAS EPIC! when the spider arrives and Hyunjin comes down from the web, the dance he does in the first 10 seconds.. I LOVE IT!!! everytime the camara point at him I was like😱😱AMAZED!, the intensity of everything was beautiful, BRILLIANT!!!

Korean awards shows are... complicated. There are small awards, main awards, sponsored awards... its a mess. They didn't win any of the main awards. They almost won the main award based on fan votes, streams and mv views but armies are a much bigger fandom. The artist of the year award should have gone to a rookie girl group called IVE but they couldn't allow it so it went to mostly inactive serial award winner. This s*it happens every year. At this point we are watching 100% for the performances and idols reacting to other idols performances + reactions between the idols.
btw - in my opinion (and I get that some would disagree) last years skz mama perfo was better. You should see it. Sadly it was w/o audience.
